Abstrak: Kesalahan berbahasa yang sering terjadi sering dilakukan oleh siswa dalam suatu proses belajar mengajar mengimplikasikan bahwa tujuan pengajaran bahasa belum tercapai secara maksimal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisi kesalahan berbahasa siswa ditinjau dari segi kesantunan dalam kajian pragmatik. Objek penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas XI-APK SMK Sunan Ampel Tragah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak dengan teknik dasar sadap, serta menggunakan teknik lanjutan teknik simak libat cakap, teknik rekam, dan catat. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan pada penyimpangan prinsip kesantunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh penyimpangan prinsip kesantunan berbahasa dalam belajar mengajar bahasa di kelas XI-APK SMK Sunan Ampel Tragah sebanyak 79 tuturan, penyimpangan maksim tersebut diantaranya penyimpangan tunggal dan penyimpangan ganda. Penyimpangan tunggal diantaranya adalah maksim pujian, maksim kedermawanan, maksim kesepakatan, maksim kearifan, maksim kerendahhatian, dan maksim kesimpatian. Penyimpangan ganda terdiri dari dua maksim dan tiga maksim diantaranya, dua maksim adalah maksim kearifan dan maksim kedermawanan, maksim kearifan dan maksim pujian, maksim pujian dan maksim kesepakatan, maksim kesepakatan dan maksim kesimpatian, maksim kearifan dan maksim kesepakatan, maksim kerendahhatian dan maksim kedermawanan, maksim kedermawanan dan maksim pujian, maksim kerendahhatian dan maksim kesimpatian, maksim pujian dan maksim kerendahhatian, maksim kedermawanan dan maksim kesepakatan. Tiga maksim diantaranya adalah maksim kearifan, maksim kedermawanan dan maksim pujian, maksim pujian, maksim kerendahhatian dan maksim kesepakatan. AbstractionAbstract: The Frequent of language errors speaks often made by the students in a teaching and learning process, meanwhile that the goal of language teaching has not been reached maximally. This research was a descriptive qualitative research that aims to analyse the student’s errors speaks in terms of politeness in pragmatic studies. The object of research were all students of grade XI-APK at SMK Sunan Ampel Tragah. The method of this research was a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques was using refer technique to basic tapping techniques, and using advanced techniques such as simak libat cakap technique, recording technique, and record. The analysis which conducted in this study was based on the deviation of the principle of politeness. The result of the research shows that all divisions of the principle of politeness in speaking to teach the language in the class XI-APK at SMK Sunan Ampel Tragah as many as 75 utterances, such maximal deviations include single deviation and double irregularities. The single divisions include the maxim of praise, the maxim of generosity, the maxim of the agreement, the maxim of wisdom, the maxim of humility, and the maxim of conclusions. The double deviation consists of two maxims and three maxims, two maxims are maxim of wisdom and maxim of generosity, maxim of wisdom and maxim of praise, maxim of praise and maxim of agreement, maxim of agreement and maxim of conclusion, maxim of wisdom and maxim of agreement, maxim of humility and maxims of generosity, Maxim of generosity and maxim of praise, hymns of simplicity and maxim of inferiority, maxim of praise and maxim of humility, maxim of generosity and maxim of agreement.
