Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain Quasi Eksperimental, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas IV SDN Kebonrejo 1 Kediri yang berjumlah 56 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Sampel diambil sebanyak 2 kelas. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar, angket respons siswa dan observasi. Data dari instrumen tes dianalisis dengan uji statistik. Hasil rata-rata uji gain ternormalisasi sebesar 0,70 dengan kategori tinggi, dan analisis uji-t dua sampel independent menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,994 > t tabel = 2,05553. Artinya Ho ditolak, Sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan hasil yang signifikan penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran RME pada mata pelajaran Matematika terhadap kecerdasan matematis logis kelas IV SDN Kebonrejo 1 Kediri. Efektivitas pembelajaran RME dilihat dari rata-rata hasil nilai posttest yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 78 dengan tingkat ketuntasan sebesar 78,5% > KKM, aktivitas guru dengan rata-rata 89,75% dengan kategori sangat baik, rata-rata aktivitas siswa sebesar 86,24% dan angket respons siswa terhadap pendekatan pembelajaran RME didapatkan rata-rata respons positif mencapai 85,35% dengan kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan RME efektif terhadap kecerdasan matematis logis. Kata kunci: Pendekatan Pembelajaran RME, Matematika, Kecerdasan Matematis Logis.

This research was conducted in fourth grade of SDN Kebonrejo 1 Kediri, that amounts to 56 students. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Samples taken as many as 2 classes. The instruments used were test of learning result, students response questionnaire and observation. Data of test instrument was analyzed by statistical test. The average result of the normalized gain test is 0.70 with the high category, and the analysis of the t-test of two independent samples shows t-count of 2.994 > t-table = 2.05553. It means Ho is rejected, Therefore, the results showed that there are significant differences in the application of the approach of learning RME on Mathematics subjects to logical mathematical intelligence in fourth grade of SDN Kebonrejo 1 Kediri. The effectiveness of RME learning is seen from the average of posttest score obtained by 78 with the completeness level of 78,5% > KKM, teacher activity with average 89,75% with very good category, average of student activity equal to 86, 24% and student response questionnaire to learning approach RME obtained average positive response reached 85.35% with very good category.
