Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterampilan menulis karangan narasi siswa kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah 1 Taman masih rendah. Kosakata siswa yang masih terbatas, dan siswa masih kesulitan dalam menyusun kalimat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan hasil keterampilan menulis narasi antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran picture and picture berbantuan media interaktif dan mendeskripsikan respon siswa kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah 1 Taman terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture berbantuan media interaktif dalam pembelajaran keterampilan menulis narasi. Hasil analisis data post-test menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil keterampilan menulis narasi siswa kelas eksperimen lebih besar daripada kelas kontrol (79,38 >72,70). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar 2,607 dan dengan dk 24+24-2=46 pada taraf signifikan 0,05 adalah 2,021, karena thitung =2,607 > = 2,021, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga ada perbedaan hasil keterampilan menulis narasi siswa kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran picture and picture berbantuan media interaktif dan kelas kontrol tanpa menggunakan model pembelajaran picture and picture berbantuan media interaktif. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture berbantuan media interaktif memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan menulis narasi siswa kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Sidoarjo. Sedangkan hasil kuesioner respon siswa memperoleh 94,58% dan dikategorikan sangat baik. Selain itu hasil observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada kelas eksperimen juga mendukung hasil belajar menulis narasi siswa dengan perolehan rata-rata 100% dan dikategorikan sangat baik. AbstractionThis research is motivate by the writing skill of narration of fourth grade students of elementary school Muhammadiyah 1 Taman is still low. The vocabulary of students is still limited, and students are still difficult in composing sentences. This study aims to determine whether ther is a difference in the result of narrative writing skill between the experimental and control classes after applying the model of learning picture and picture with interactive media in skill learning writing narration.The result of post-test data analysis shows that the average of skill writing result of student's narration of experiment class is bigger than control class (79,38> 72,70). Based on the results of hypothesis test calculation obtained t count of 2,607 and t_(table) with dk 24 + 24-2 = 46 at significant level of 0,05 is 2,021, because t count = 2,607> t_ (table) =2,021, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. So there are differences in the results of the students' writing skills of the experimental class who use the media interactive and classroom without using media interactive and moedel learning picture and picture. So it can be conclude that the application of learning model picture and picture with media interactive help give a significant influence on the skill of writing the narrative of fourth grade studen Elementary School Muhammadiyah 1 Sidoarjo. The result of the student response questionnaire obtain 94,58% and categorized very well. In addition, the results of observation of the implementation of learning in the experimental class also supports the results of learning to write student narratives with an average of 100% and categorized very well.
