ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pada model kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas 4 SDN Sraturejo 1 Baureno, Kendala-kendala dalam penerapan pada model kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas 4, Solusi untuk mengatasi kendal-kendala dalam penerapan model kooperatif tipe NHT dikelas 4. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik Triangulasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru kelas dan 2 siswa kelas 4. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada siswa kelas 4 sesuai dengan tahapan-tahapan NHT yaitu: Penomoran, Mengajukan pertanyaan, Berfikir bersama, Pemberian jawaban. Kendala dan solusi saat penerapan model kooperatif tipe NHT pada kelas 4 yaitu: (1) Guru kesulitan mengatur saat pembagian kelompok. Solusinya pembagian siswa yang pintar dalam satu kelompok terdapat siwa yang pintar agar tidak kesenjangan dalam pembelajaran, (2) Ada siswa yang kurang aktif dalam diskusi. Solusinya adalah memberikan sanksi terhadap siswa yang kurang aktif dalam berdiskusi dalam kelompok, (3) pada saat pemberian jawaban ada siswa yang masih kurang percaya diri. Solusinya adalah menyakinkan siswa tersebut dapat mengutarakan jawaban kelompoknya agar meningkatkan tanggung jawab individual dalam diskusi kelompok, (4) Ada siswa yang sudah mengutarakan jawabannya pada pertemuan pertama dan dipertemuan selanjutnya siswa tersebut mengutarakan jawabannya lagi. Solusinya adalah guru harus cermat saat menunjuk salah satu nomor untuk mengutarakan jawabannya. Kata Kunci: Penerapan Numbered Head Together, model pembelajaran

S.Pd., M.Pd. and Supervisor II AgungSetyawanS.Pd.,M.Pd ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the application of the NHT type cooperative model in grade 4 students of SDN Sraturejo 1 Baureno, Constraints in the application of the NHT type cooperative model in grade 4 students, Solutions to overcome the constraints in applying the NHT type cooperative model in class 4. This research is descriptive qualitative research with Triangulation technique. The sample of this study was the class teacher and 2 students in grade 4. The results of the study stated that the application of the NHT type of cooperative learning model to grade 4 students was in accordance with the stages of NHT, namely: Numbering, Asking questions, Thinking together, Giving answers. Constraints and solutions when applying the NHT type cooperative model in grade 4, namely: (1) The teacher has difficulty organizing when dividing groups. The solution is the division of smart students into one group there are smart students so that there are no gaps in learning, (2) There are students who are less active in discussions. The solution is to impose sanctions on students who are less active in group discussions, (3) when giving answers there are students who are still lacking confidence. The solution is to make sure the student can express their group's answers in order to increase individual responsibility in group discussions, (4) There are students who have expressed their answers at the first meeting and at the next meeting the student expressed the answer again. The solution is that the teacher must be careful when pointing a number to express the answer. Keywords: Application of Numbered Head Together, learning model.
