  • PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KETERAMPILAN GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA KELAS IV DI SDN SE KECAMATAN PADEMAWU PAMEKASAN

    Abstraksi

    Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan keterampilan guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Se Kecamatan Pademawu Pamekasan pada kelas IV dengan menggunakan 198 sampel. 1) hasil perhitungan uji signifikan diperoleh t hitung = 10, 1309 > t tabel = 2,2588, maka Ho ditolak sehingga terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. 2) hasil perhitungan uji signifikan yang kedua diperoleh t hitung = 26,437 > t tabel = 2,588, maka Ho ditolak sehingga terdapat pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru dalam pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa. 3) hasil perhitungan uji regresi linier berganda dengan persamaan Y = 70,1811 + 0,0933X 1 + 0,0531 X 2.. dan nilai F hitung = 25,60 > F tabel = 3,042, maka Ho ditolak sehingga terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja dan keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar pengaruh 1.31%. Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, keterampilan mengajar, dan hasil belajar.

    Abstraction

    This research was cinducted to know the influence of work discipline and teacher's learning skill toward student's learning outcome in Mathematics study. Furthermore, the research approach used is descriptive quantitative. The research was conducted in SDN all Pademawu sub-district at IV grade which took 198 samples. 1). Result of calculation in Significant test was t count = 10, 1309 > t table = 2,2588, then Ho is rejected so then the influence of teacher work discipline toward student's learning outcome is there. 2). The second significancy test calculation was t count = 26,437 > t table = 2,588, then Ho is rejected so the influence between teacher's learning skill and student's learning outcome is there.3) the results of multiple linear regression test with the equation Y = 70,1811 + 0,0933X 1 + 0,0531X 2 and the value of F count = 25,60 > F table = 3.042, then Ho is rejected so that there is influence of work discipline and teacher teaching skills to student learning outcomes of influence of 1,31%.
