    ABSTRAK Dwi Haryati Pratiwi. 13.054.11.001.09. Pengaruh Pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan pensiun pada perwira TNI Skripsi. Program Studi Psikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. 2018 Halaman : xix+60, 16 Lampiran Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan pensiun pada perwira TNI dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi atau sumbangan efektif dukungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan pensiun pada perwira TNI. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis skala, yaitu skala dukungan kelurga dan kesiapan pensiun. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang perwira TNI yang hampir menghadapi masa pensiun dengan teknik simple random sampling. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif dan pengaruh signifikan dukungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan pensiun. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh F hitung = 1.245 dengan tingkat signifikansi/problability 0.000< 0.05 yang artinya hipotesis diterima. Hal ini sesuai dengan hipotesis yang diajukan oleh peneliti, yaitu adalah pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan pensiun pada perwira TNI. Besarnya kontribusi atau sumbangan efektif diperoleh dari nilai R square sebesar 0.978 =97,8% yang artinya kontribusi atau sumbangan efektifdukungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan pensiun pada perwira TNI sedangkan sisanya 2,2% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini. Tingkat Pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan pensiun pada perwira TNI menunjukkan dalam kategori tinggi, dan tingkat kesiapan pensiun menunjukkan dalam kategori tinggi. Methods of data collection in this study using two types of scale, the scale of family support and readiness to retire. The subjects used in this study were 30 military officers were almost facing retirement withtechnique. simple random sampling Methods of data analysis in this study using a simple regression with SPSS 16.0. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive relationship and the significant influence of family support for retirement readiness. Based on the analysis of data obtained F count = 1,245 with significance level / problability 0.000 <0.05 which means that the hypothesis is accepted. This is consistent with the hypothesis proposed by the researchers, which is a significant positive influence of family support for the retirement readiness of military officers. The amount of the contribution or effective contribution derived from the value R square of 0978 = 97.8%, which means the effective contributions or donations to the family support retirement readiness on TNI officers while the remaining 2.2% is explained by other factors not measured in this study. Level of Influence of family support for the TNI retirement readiness shows in the high category, and the level of retirement readiness shows in the high category.
