    Abstrak MOHAMMAD BUSTOMI, NIM. 13.O5.2.1.1.00005, Program Studi Sosiologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Skripsi ini tentang, , PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PENGOBATAN PIJAT BAYI ABAH DIYHE DI KELURAHAN BANYUANYAR KECAMATAN SAMPANG KABUPATEN SAMPANG dibawah bimbingan Iskandar Dzulkarnain S.Th.i, M.Si. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk Mengetahui Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Pengobatan Pijat Bayi Abah Diyhe. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Fenomena kepercayaan praktek pengobatan pijat oleh Abah Diyhe terdapat di Kota Sampang Di Kelurahan Banyuanyar Kampung Mutiara Kecamatan Sampang Kabupaten Sampang dimana masyarakat memilih jasa pengobatan tersebut sebagai penyembuhan utama untuk menjaga kesehatan bayi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi non pastispant dan wawancara terstuktur serta dokumentasi. Informan dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Asal usul kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pengobatan pijat bayi Abah Diyhe sudah dikenal sejak 25 tahun yang lalu menyebar dari mulut ke mulut mulai dari kerabat dekat tetangga hingga masyarakat luas. Adapun rutinitas warga kelurahan Banyuanyar maupun daerah lain menganggap cocok atau jodoh dengan pengobatan Abah Diyhe Meskipun dilingkungannya juga terdapat klinik maupun dukun lain. persepsi masyarakat dilihat dari segi Sosial-Budaya menunjukkan yaitu faktor dari luar seperti kebiasaan lain dari suatu masyarakat yang akhirrnya mempengaruhi persepsi seseorang untuk ikut mempercayai pengobatan Pijat Bayi Abah Diyhe. Kedua persepsi masyarakat dilihat dari segi ekonomi menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap kebutuhan membuat perbedaan persepsi, Ketiga persepsi masyarakat dilihat dari segi manfaat dan keberhasilan. Masyarakat mempercayai pengobatan Abah Diyhe karena pengaruh pengalaman serta percaya bahwa kesembuhan yang didapat melalui perantara Allah SWT dan bukan musrik. Keempat persepsi masyarakat di lihat dari segi kejenuhan terhadap pelayanan medis. Masyarakat memiliki persepsi dan penilaian tersendiri terhadap pengobatan yang tepat untuk kesehatan anak/bayi yaitu pengobatan pijat bayi Abah Diyhe Kata kunci : Persepsi,Masyarakat, Pijat Bayi, Abah Diyhe

This thesis is about People's perception of baby massage treatment Abah Diyhe in sub-district of Banyuanyar district sampang regency sampang Under the guidance of Iskandar Dzulkarnain S.Th.i, M.Si The purpose of this study is To Know The Perception Of The Society Of Massage Treatment Baby Abah Diyhe. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of belief in the practice of massage treatment by Abah Diyhe found in Sampang City in Kelurahan Banyuanyar Mutiara Village Sampang Subdistrict, Sampang Regency, where people choose the treatment services as the main cure to keep baby's health. Methods of data collection using non pastispant observation and structured interviews and documentation. The informant was chosen by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman techniques. Technique examination of data validity using triangulation of source and method. The results showed that the origin of public confidence in the treatment of baby massage Abah Diyhe has been known since 25 years ago spread from mouth to mouth from close relatives neighbors to the wider community. The routine residents of the village of Banyuanyar and other areas consider suitable or mate with treatment Abah Diyhe Although dilingkungannya there are also clinics and other shamans.People's perception in terms of Social-Culture shows that factors from outside like other habits of a society that ultimately affect the perception of a person to come to trust the treatment of Baby Massage Abah Diyhe. Both perceptions of society in terms of economics show that the perception of the need to make differences of perception,The three perceptions of society are seen in terms of benefits and success. The community believes in Abah Diyhe's treatment because of the influence of experience and believes that healing is obtained through the intercessors of Allah and not musrik.
