This study focuses on the language attitude towards English and the orientation index of English Study Program’s students. The source of data this study are the students of English Study Program from the second semester on 2017. This study aims to analyze and explain the language attitude and the orientation index of students in English Study Program, University of Trunojoyo Madura towards English. This study is conducted by descriptive quantitative research design. The research instrument in this study is the writer herself. And another is questionnaires. The data is collected by using non-interactional interview by questionnaire. Then, the writer uses descriptive to analyze the data. There are 75 data which are found in this study. For language attitude, there are 71 data which included to PPP Triode, 1 data is PNP Triode, 1 data is NPP Triode, and 2 data are NNN Triode. There are no data for PPN, PNN, NPN, and NNP Triode. So, generally the language attitude of English Study Program’s students toward English is positive. For orientation index there are also 75 data. 37 data belong to Integrative orientation, 33 data belong to instrumental orientation and 5 data belong to neutral orientation.
