Mesin penjual otomatis merupakan perangkat yang dapat melakukan transaksi secara otomatis. Perlu diketahui bahwa ada tiga proses dalam mesin penjual otomatis yang pertama pendeteksian uang, kedua peracikan jamu dan yang ketiga sistem pendeteksian ketersediaan cup dan penyajian jamu. Sebagaimana judulnya alat ini berfungsi sebagai pendeteksian ketersediaan cup dan penyajian jamu. Sistem ini sangat dibutuhkan karena sistem ini berfungsi sebagai pendeteksi ketersediaan cup, dan sistem dapat menghitung jumlah cup yang telah keluar. Faktor lain yang mendasari perlunya alat ini yaitu untuk mempopulerkan jamu di kalangan masyarakat modern. Alat ini menggunakan arduino mega 2560 sebagai kontrol utama dalam sistem. Pada penggerak cup menggunakan motor servo yang terhubung dengan gear pada saat pergerakan gear sistem counter otomatis akan menghitung jumlah cup yang keluar. Ketika cup berada pada pencekam otomatis V belt menggerakkan pencekam menuju pada proses peracikan jamu dan disusul pengaduk yang bergerak mengaduk jamu jika pada proses peracikan telah selesai, setelah pengaduk selesai V belt akan kembali bergerak menuju tempat keluaran cup ketika jamu telah siap saji dan kembali pada posisi awal pencekam. Untuk tingkat pendeteksian cup jatuh tepat pada pencekam yaitu dengan waktu 1,3 detik dan sistem keseluruhan dapat berjalan saat suhu mencapai 70 derajat celcius. A vending machine is a device that can do a transaction automatically. It need to know that there are three process in a vending machine namely the first discovery money, compounding toughen second and the third was the availability of the system of discovery cup an the presentation of herbal medicines. Other factors underlying the need for this instrument is to popularized the herbs among modern society. The equipment uses arduino mega 2560 as the main control in the system. When the cup is holdingautomatic v belt move the grip to the process compounding herbs and finally stirring that moves stirring herbs if to the process compounding has been completed, after a stirrer finished the v belt will move back to the output cup when the herbs are ready to serve and back to the initial position of grip.
