Alat Tulis Kantor adalah alat-alat yang dibutuhkan dalam menunjang pekerjaan kantor yang biasanya berhubungan dengan alat tulis, kertas, organizer, buku dan kantor umum. Dan Alat Tulis Kantor merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang harus di penuhi. Biasanya Alat Tulis Kantor disediakan dalam jumlah besar di setiap instansi atau perusahaan dan diperuntukkan untuk kelangsungan hidup Badan Pusat Statistika yang mengelola dan memakai serta menjaga adalah karyawan. Dalam kaitannnya dengan dunia kerja, komputer sebagai alat data merupakan sarana yang tepat untuk mengelola setiap arsip kantor. Dikarenakan dokumentasi secara manual sudah tidak memungkinkan sebab makin banyak volume transaksi yang terjadi dan sangat berpengaruh terhadap persediaan alat tulis kantor. Maka aplikasi program sudah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan yang penting bagi setiap organisasi kantor untuk memperlancar operasioanal sistem kerjanya. Dengan adanya komputerisasi, maka dalam pengelola datanya akan lebih efektif, aman, memperkecil kesalahan, dan arsip-arsip dapat tersusun dengan baik. Penulis berusaha merancang sistem dalam proses persediaan Alat Tulis Kantor. Saat ini penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP yang secara garis besar menitik beratkan pada program persediaan barang, dan untuk merancang sistem ini, penulis membuat rancangan masukan yang berisi proses data alat tulis kantor. Office Stationery is the tools needed to support office work that is usually associated with stationery, papers, organizers, books and public office. And Office Stationery is a requirement that must be fulfilled. Usually Office Stationery is provided in large quantities in every agency or company and is destined for the survival of the Central Bureau of Statistics that manages and uses and guards are employees. In relation to the world of work, computers as data tools are a great way to manage every office archive. Due to the manual documentation is not possible because the more volume of transactions that occur and greatly affect the inventory of office supplies. So the application program has become one of the important needs for every office organization to facilitate operating system work. With the computerization, then the data manager will be more effective, safe, minimize errors, and archives can be arranged properly. The author tries to design the system in the process of inventory of Office Stationery. Currently the author uses the PHP programming language that outlines the emphasis on inventory program, and to design this system, the authors make an input design that contains the process of stationery data.
