Pemrosesan citra dapat dimanfaatkan dalam proses uji kelayakan botol. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengecek kondisi tutup botol, volume pengisian dan tanggal kadaluarsa pada botol. Alat inspeksi yang dibuat menggunakan kamera sebagai perangkat utama untuk memproses kondisi objek yang dipasang di atas konveyor. Pengecekan kondisi tutup botol dan volume pengisian menggunakan Otsu, sedangkan proses pengecekan tanggal kadaluarsa produk memanfaatkan OCR dengan mesin Tesseract. Keluaran dari proses inspeksi ini adalah status dari tiap botol dengan mempertimbangkan ketiga parameter yang sudah disebutkan. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan proximity yang diatur oleh Arduino untuk mendeteksi keberadaan botol pada saat berada di atas konveyor. Keberhasilan dari sistem ini sebesar 85% dengan tingkat kegagalan 15%. Kata Kunci :Inspeksi, botol, image processing, Otsu, OCR

Image processing can be utilized in the process of testing the feasibility of the bottle. Testing is done by checking the condition of the bottle cap, filling volume and expiration date on the bottle. Inspection tools which are made by using the camera as a primary device for processing condition of the object mounted on the top of conveyor. Checking the condition of the bottle cap and volume charging using the Otsu, whereas the process of checking the expiration date of the product utilizes the OCR use Tesseract engine. The output of this inspection process is the status of each bottle by considering the three parameters already mentioned. This system is equipped with a proximity that is governed by the Arduino to detect the presence of a bottle at the moment is above the conveyor.
