    Abstraksi

    PT. PG Candi Baru Sidoarjo merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia yang bergerak dibidang Agro Industri. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah Gula Kristal Putih (GKP) jenis Superior Hooft Suiker 1A (SHS1A) sebagai produk utamanya. permasalahan dari perusahaan ini adalah hasil gula masih dibawah target yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan Metode Omax karena Metode Omax ini untuk memantau produktivitas perusahaan dengan kriteria produktivitas yang sesuai dengan keberadaan bagian. Dalam penelitian pengukuran produktivitas menggunakan metode omax ini menggunakan data proses giling tahun 2015 dan 2016 dimana dalam hasil perhitungan indeks produktivitas dalam metode omax pada tahun 2015 sebesar 134,62 sedangkan pada tahun 2016 nilai indeks produktivitas sebesar (?93,93). Hasil yang terbaik terdapat pada tahun 2015 karena mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan tahun 2016 yang mengalami penurunan. Sehingga peneliti mengusulkan kepada perusahaan untuk meningkatkan perbandingkan antara hasil produksi dengan bahan baku. Kata kunci : Metode OMAX

    Abstraction

    PT. PG Candi Baru Sidoarjo is a subsidiary of PT. Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia engaged in Agro Industry. The resulting product is White Crystal Sugar (GKP) type Superior Hooft Suiker 1A (SHS1A) as its main product. the problem of this company is the sugar product is still below the target that has been determined by the company. In this study researchers use the Omax Method because this Omax Method to monitor the productivity of the company with productivity criteria in accordance with the existence of the part. In this research, productivity measurement using Omax Method uses milling process data in 2015 and 2016 where in the calculation of productivity index in omax method in 2015 is 134,62 whereas in year 2016 productivity index value equal to (?93,93). The best results are in 2015 due to an increase compared to the decline in 2016. So the researchers propose to the company to increase the comparison between the production with raw materials.
