Pulau Cemara Besar terletak di sisi timur Pulau Karimunjawa. Pulau Cemara Besar menjadi salah satu tujuan pulau wisata di Taman Nasional Karimunjawa denganekosistem terumbu karang yang masih alami. Dekapoda atau hewan berkaki sepuluh (udang, kepiting, dan lobster) merupakan salah satu hewan cryptofauna dimana beberapa spesies dekapoda ditemukan pada celah-celah karang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 – 26 maret 2017 di Pulau Cemara Besar Kepulauan Karimunjawa Kabupaten Jepara, Jawa tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1. Identifikasi jenis famili Anomura, 2. Mendapatkan nilai struktur komunitas Anomura. Pengambilan sampel karang mati dilakukan perhitungan volume koloni karang dengan cara gelas ukur yang diberi air sebanyak 20ml kemudian koloni karang dimasukan kedalam gelas ukur tersebut amati perubahan volume air tersebut lalu di catat. Pengambilan decapoda dilakukan dngan beebrapa tahapan yaitu penggambilan biota ,pemisahan, Pengawetan dan identifikasi. Perhitungan nilai struktur komunitas menggunakan rumus keanekaragaman ( Shnon-Winer), Indeks keseragaman (Evenes) dan Indeks dominsi (Simpson). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan 3 famili yaitu Diognidae, Porcellinidae, dan Galatidae. Dengan kepadatan tertinggi yaitu Berdasarkan tabel di atas menunjukan bahwa kepadatan tertinggi pada karang 4 pada famili Porcelinidae sebesar 8,49 dan kepadatan terkecil pada karang 8, famili Porselinidae sebesar 0,27. Hasil Perhitungan Struktur Komunitas didapatkan keseragaman (H’) tertinggi pada karang 8 dengan nilai sebesar 0,94. Nilai indeks keseragaman (E) tertinggi pada karang 4 dengan nilai 0,97 . indeks dominansi (D) tertinggi pada karang 2, 3, dan 7 dengan nilai 1. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Korelasi volume karang dengan jumlah dari famili Anomura didapatkan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.172 dengan Kriteria Rendah. Big Pine Island is located on the eastern side of the island of Karimun Java. Big Pine Island became one of the tourist destinations of the island in the National Park denganekosistem Karimunjawa pristine coral reefs. Ten-legged animals or Dekapoda (shrimp, crab, and lobster) is one of the animals cryptofauna where several species of dekapoda found in crevices of coral. This research was carried out on October 16 – March 26, 2017 at Big Pine Island Islands Karimunjawa, Jepara Regency, Central Java. This research aims to 1. Identification of the type of family Anomura, 2. Get the value of community structure Anomura. Sampling of dead corals do coral colonies volume calculation by means of a measuring cup that was given as many as 20 ml water coral colonies then entered into a measuring cup that observed changes in the volume of water in noted. Decapoda retrieval is done with several stages namely "biota, separation, identification and Preservation. The calculation of the value of community structure using the formula of diversity (Shnon-Winer), uniformity (Evenes) Index and index dominsi (Simpson). Based on the research results obtained 3 family i.e. Diognidae, Porcellinidae, and Galatidae. With the highest density that is based on the table above indicates that the highest density on the reef 4 on family Porcelinidae of 8.49 and the smallest density on coral 8, Porselinidae family of 0.27. The results of the calculation of the community structure it brings uniformity (H ') highest on the reef with a value of 0.94. Uniformity index value (E) is the highest on the reef 4 to the value of 0.97. dominance index (D) highs on a reef 2, 3, and 7 with the value 1. Based on the results of the calculation of the correlation of the volume number of the reef with Anomura obtained the value of the correlation of Low criteria 0172.
