Prevalensi penyakit ice-ice terhadap rumput laut menyebabkan peningkatan infeksi bakteri patogen terhadap thallus pada kawasan budidaya rumput laut Kappaphycus alvarezii. Dampak yang mempengaruhi penyakit ice-ice tersebut munculnya pada rumput laut yang dipengaruhi oleh fluktuasi kondisi parameter lingkungan yang tidak dapat ditolerir oleh rumput laut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghitung persentase rumput laut yang terinfeksi iceice. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode umum pengambilan data identifikasi rumput laut yang terinfeksi ice-ice dan pengukuran kualitas air. Dari hasil penelitian dari 3 rakit di lokasi di desa Tanjung Kecamatan Saronggi Sumenep, menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi penyakit ice-ice persentasenya relatif kecil kurang < 5 %, hasil prevalensi penyakit ice-ice diperoleh 3,9 % . Prevalence of seaweed ice-ice against disease causes an increase of pathogenic bacterial infection of a thallus in regional seaweed cultivation kappaphycus alvarezii .The impact of disease that affects the ice-ice the appearance on seaweeds that influenced by the fluctuation the condition of environmental parameter absent officials should be punished by a lawn the sea .This is the general objectives of the study to calculate the percentage infected ice-ice seaweed .The methodology that was used that is the common method of identification of the receipt of the data seaweeds that infected ice-ice and measurement of the quality of water .From the research of 3 a raft on location in desa tanjung kecamatan saronggi sumenep , shows that the prevalence of a disease ice-ice the percentage relatively small less & it is; 5 % , the results of the prevalence of a disease ice-ice obtained 3.9 % .
