Besar serapan Cabe Jamu sekitar 9,5% dari total simplisia yang dikonsumsi industri obat tradisional (Taryono dan Agus, 2004). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1. Menganalisis SCP (Structure, Conduct dan Performance) Cabe Jamu di Kecamatan Bluto. 2. Menganalisis mekanisme rantai pasok Cabe Jamu terdiri dari aliran produk, keuangan dan informasi di Kecamatan Bluto. Metode analisis data terdiri dari analisis deskriptif kuantitafif pada tujuan pertama pangsa pasar, (CR4), marjin, Farmer’s share, share biaya dan keuntungan pemasaran. Sedangkan analisis deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan pertama, perilaku pasar dilihat dari saluran dan lembaga pemasaran dan tujuan kedua mekanisme rantai pasok (aliran produk, informasi dan keuangan) serta peran lembaga pemasaran. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahawa: 1.Struktur pasar pada pedagang pengumpul kecil dan pedagang pengumpul besar bersifat oligopsoni dengan konsentrasi tinggi, Berdasarkan analisis tingkah laku pasar, terdapat 2 macam saluran pemasaran di Kecamatan Bluto. Analisis penampilan pasar menunjukkan pada 2 macam saluran pemasaran tersebut dikatakan efisien 2. Terdapat 3 mata rantai yang berperan aktif dalam kegiatan rantai pasok Cabe Jamu yang terdiri dari petani, pedagang pengumpul kecil dan pedagang pengumpul besar, Aliran produk berupa Cabe Jamu dalam bentuk kering, Aliran informasi antara mata rantai berupa informasi harga dan kualitas Cabe Jamu yang diinginkan oleh pelanggan dan Aliran keuangan terdiri dari pembayaran secara tunai. Analyzing the mechanism of supply chain Cabe Jamu consists of product, financial and information flow in Bluto Sub-District, Sumenep Regency. The method of data analysis consists of quantitative descriptive analysis to answer the first objective of market share, concentration ratio (CR4), margin, Farmer's share, cost and profit share and marketing margin distribution. While qualitative descriptive analysis is used to answer the first objective of market behavior seen from channel and marketing agency and second goal on supply chain mechanism (product flow, information and finance) and role of marketing institution. The results showed that 1. The market structure of small collector traders is oligopsoni and large collectors are oligopsoni with high concentration, Based on the analysis of market behavior, there are 2 kinds of marketing channels in Bluto District. The analysis of market performance shows that the four marketing channels are said to be efficient. 2. There are 3 chains that play an active role in the supply chain activities of Long pepper consisting of farmers, small collectors and large collectors, Product flow of Cabe Jamu in dry form, The flow of information between the chain of price information and quality of Long pepper desired by customers, he financial flow consists of transactions or payments in cash.
