  • PENGARUH DOSIS DAN INTERVAL PEMBERIAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR (POC) NASA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL JAMUR TIRAM PUTIH (Pleurotus ostreatus)

    Abstraksi

    ABSTRAK Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis dan interval pemberian pupuk organik cair Nasa terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jamur tiram putih. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Jamur “Maduraya Agro” terletak di Desa Banyuajuh, Kecamatan Kamal, Kabupaten Bangkalan, Madura pada tanggal 4 Januari – 21 Maret 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan 2 faktor yaitu dosis dan interval. Perlakuan dosis terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu D0 (0 ml) (kontrol/tanpa pemberian POC dan air), D1 (24 ml), D2 (48 ml), dan D3 (72 ml). Sedangkan perlakuan interval terdapat 3 taraf yaitu P1 (1 minggu 1 kali), P2 (1 minggu 2 kali), dan P3 (1 minggu 3 kali). Sehingga terdapat 12 kombinasi perlakuan. Setiap perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair yang digunakan yaitu 3% yaitu 30 ml POC Nasa per 1 liter air. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Sidik Ragam (ANSIRA) apabila terdapat pengaruh perlakuan maka diuji lanjut menggunakan Uji Beda Jarak Nyata Duncan pada taraf 5% (BJND 0,05). Parameter yang diamati yaitu waktu muncul tunas, waktu panen, jumlah tubuh buah, diameter tudung, panjang tangkai, bobot basah, dan rasio efisiensi biologis (REB). Hasil yang didapat yaitu terdapat pengaruh perlakuan dosis terhadap parameter waktu panen. Pada perlakuan interval trdapat pengaruh pada parameter diameter tudung, dan terdapat pengaruh interaksi pada perameter waktu muncul tunas dan waktu panen.     Abstraction

    ABSTRACT The research was conducted to determine the effect of dosage and interval Nasa liquid organic fertilizer on growth and yield of white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus Ostreatus). The research was conducted in the House of Mushrooms "Maduraya Agro" located in the village Banyuajuh, Kamal sub district, Bangkalan, Madura from 4 January to 21 March 2017. This research employed a completely randomized design (RAL) with 2 factors that is dosage and intervals. The dosage treatment consisted of 4 levels that were D0 (0 ml) (control / without LOF and water), D1 (24 ml), D2 (48 ml), and D3 (72 ml). While interval treatments had 3 levels that were P1 (1 time/week), P2 (2 times/week), and P3 (3 times/week). So there were 12 treatment combinations. Each treatment was repeated 3 times. The concentration of liquid organic fertilizer used 3% (30 ml of LOF Nasa/1 L water). Data were analyzed using ANOVA if the differences among the mean values were assessed by DMRT (Duncan’s Means Range Test, at P=0.05) at 5% level. Parameters observed were time appeared shoots, harvest time, number of fruit body, diameter of hood, stem length, fresh weight, and biological efficiency ratio (BER). The result showed that there was significant effect of dosage treatment to harvest time parameters. Application interval affected hood diameter.
