    Abstraksi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas kombinasi insektisida serai wangi (Cymbopogon Nardus L) dan umbi gadung (Dioscorea Hispida Dennst) terhadap mortalitas ulat grayak (Spodoptera litura F). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2017 - Mei 2017 di Laboratorium Balai Besar Pernbenihan dan Proteksi Tanaman Perkebunan (BBPPTP) Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 5 perlakuan, A1= Kontrol, A2=Lc25 serai wangi+Lc50 umbi gadung, A3= Lc50 serai wangi + Lc25 umbi gadung, A4= Lc75 serai wangi, A5= Lc75 umbi gadung serta diulang lima kali. Setelah dilakukan olah data dengan menggunakan ANOVA, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan A3 Lc50 serai wangi + Lc25 umbi gadung merupakan perlakuan terbaik untuk mematikan larva uji Spodoptera litura F dengan persentease mortalitas meski tidak berbeda signifikan dengan perlakuan tunggal Lc75 serai wangi.

    Abstraction

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the combination of insecticide citronella (Cymbopogon Nardus L) and gadung tubers (Dioscorea Hispida Dennst) on the mortality of grayak caterpillars (Spodoptera litura F). The research was conducted in February 2017 - May 2017 at the Laboratory of Indonesian Center for Plant Breeding and Plant Protection (BBPPTP) Surabaya. This study uses a Completely Randomized Design with 5 treatments, A1 = Control, A2 = LC25 lemon grass + LC50 gadung tubers, A3 = LC50 lemon grass + LC25 tubers, A4 = LC75 lemon grass, A5 = LC75 gadung tubers which has repeated five times. After the data were completed by using ANOVA, the result showed that the A3 LC50 lemon grass perfume + LC25 gadung tubers are the best treatment to kill Spodoptera litura F test larvae with high percentage of mortality even though it has no significant differentiation compared to single treatment of LC75 citronella.
