Tanaman tembelekan dan widuri merupakan salah satu tanaman yang berpotensi menghambat pertumbuhan cendawan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektifitas ekstrak uji daun tembelekan (Lantana camara L.) dan widuri ( Calotropis gigantea Willd.) serta konsentrasi yang efektif terhadap daya hambat cendawan Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-April 2017 di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Program Studi Agroteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 9 taraf perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak daun tembelekan dan widuri yang terdiri dari L0 (Kontrol/Tanpa pencampuran ekstrak), L1 (tembelekan 5%), L2 (tembelekan 10%), L3 (tembelekan 15%), L4 (tembelekan 20%), L5 (widuri 5%), L6 (widuri 10%), L7 (widuri 15%), dan L8 (widuri 20%). Data pengamatan di analisis dengan analisis sidik ragam (ANSIRA), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji beda jarak nyata duncan (BJND) ? : 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan ekstrak daun widuri lebih efektif dalam menghambat pertumbuhan miselium dan pembentukan sklerotia dibandingkan ekstrak daun tembelekan. Ekstrak daun widuri yang efektif menghambat pertumbuhan miselium pada konsentrasi 5%, sedangkan ekstrak daun tembelekan mampu menghambat pertumbuhan miselium pada konsentrasi 20%.
AbstractionLantana camara L. and widuri (Calotropis gigantea) was one kind of plant that potentially to inhibit the growth of fungus. The research was conducted to find out the effectiveness leaves extract of lantana (Lantana camara L.) with widuri (Calotropis gigantea Willd.) and the effective concentration to inhibit the growth of Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc fungus. This research was carried out in March-April 2017, at Microbiology Laboratory of Agrotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Trunojoyo Madura University. The environmental design was a completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor treatment was concentration level of lantana and widuri leaf extracts, namely : L0 (Control / No mixing extract), L1 (5% lantana extract), L2 (10% lantana extract), L3 (15% lantana extract), L4 (20% lantana extract), L5 (5% widuri extract), L6 (10% widuri extract), L7 (15% widuri extract), and L8 (20% widuri extract). The data obtained were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANSIRA), then continued with Duncan real distance difference test (BJND) ?: 5%. The results showed that the treatment of widuri leaf extract was more effective to inhibit mycelium growth and sclerotia formation compare by leaf extract of lantana. The treatment of widuri leaves extract is more effective to inhibit the growth of mycelium at 5% concentration treatment, but lantana leaves extract at 20% concentration treatment.
