Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui asal isolat yang efektif pada berbagai kerapatan spora Beauvaria bassiana terhadap mortalitas ulat perusak daun sawi Plutella xylostella L. instar III. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2016 - Maret 2017 di Laboratorium Balai Besar Perbenihan dan Proteksi Tanaman Perkebunan (BBPPTP) Surabaya yang terletak di Kecamatan Mojoagung Kabupaten Jombang. Rancangan lingkungan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) ) non faktorial dengan 7 perlakuan yaitu P0 (Kontrol), P1 (Isolat Lepidoptera dengan konsentrasi 106 spora/ml), P2 (Isolat Lepidoptera dengan konsentrasi 107 spora/ml), P3 (Isolat Lepidoptera dengan konsentrasi 108 spora/ml), P4 (Isolat Malasan dengan konsentrasi 106 spora/ml), P5 (Isolat Malasan dengan konsentrasi 107 spora/ml), P6 (Isolat Malasan dengan konsentrasi 108 spora/ml). Data pengamatan di analisis dengan analisis sidik ragam (ANSIRA), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji beda jarak nyata duncan (BJND) ? : 1%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan asal isolat Lepidoptera pada kerapatan spora 108 spora/ml berpengaruh terhadap variabel persentase perkecambahan spora (viabilitas), mortalitas, kecepatan kematian dan kesintasan. Mortalitas larva yang Plutella xylostella tertinggi yaitu 94% larva yang mati akibat pemberian Beauvaria bassiana. Kata Kunci : Plutella xylostella, Beauvaria bassiana, asal isolat
AbstractionPurpose of this research is to know Effectivity of Isolate Origin At Various Density Spores Beauveria bassiana Against Mortality Caterpillar Damage of mustard leafs Plutella xylostella L. caterpillar third phase. The research was conducted in December 2016-March 2017 at the Laboratory of Center for Germination and Plantation Crop Protection (BBPPTP) Surabaya, located in Mojoagung, Jombang. The research uses a non-factorial design of Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with 7 tools that are P0 (Control), P1 (Isolate Lepidoptera with concentration of 106 spores/ml), P2 (Isolate Lepidoptera with concentration of 107 spores/ml), P3 (Isolate Lepidoptera with concentration of 108 spores/ml), P4 (Isolate Malasan with concentration of 106 spores/ml), P5 (Isolate of Malasan with concentration of 107 spores/ml), P6 (Isolate Malasan with concentration of 108 spores/ml). Observational data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANSIRA), then it continued with difference test of real duncan distance (BJND) ?: 1%. The results showed that the treatment of Lepidoptera isolate at spore density of 108 spores/ml influenced percentage of spore germination (viability), mortality, death rate and survival rate. The larval mortality of the highest Plutella xylostella was 94% of larvae which die due to giving of Beauvaria bassiana. Keywords: Plutella xylostella, Beauvaria bassiana, Isolate Origin
