    Abstraksi

    Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagian tanaman yang mampu memunculkan akar paling cepat pada ruas stek pucuk jati dengan pemberian hormon IBA, yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-April 2017 di kebun persemaian Tinggang KPH Padangan, Bojonegoro. Rancangan lingkungan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 2 faktor yaitu panjang bahan stek pucuk dan konsentrasi IBA dengan 6 taraf perlakuan yang terdiri dari N1K1 (nodus 1, konsentrasi 200 ppm), N2K2 (nodus 2, konsentrasi 200 ppm), N3K3 (nodus 3, konsentrasi 200 ppm), N1K2 (nodus 1, konsentrasi 300 ppm), N2K2 (nodus 2, konsentrasi 300 ppm), dan N3K2 (nodus 3, konsentrasi 300 ppm). Data pengamatan di analisis dengan analisis sidik ragam (ANSIRA), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji beda jarak nyata duncan (BJND) ? : 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan panjang bahan stek dan hormon IBA memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap variabel jumlah daun dan jumlah akar, serta memberikan hasil yang sangat berbeda nyata pada variabel luas daun. perlakuan N3K1 memberikan hasil tertinggi pada variabel persentase bibit hidup, jumlah daun, panjang akar, jumlah akar, bobott basah dan kering akar, serta luas daun.

    Abstraction

    The study was conducted to determine the parts of the plant that is able to bring the fastest in the segment root shoot cuttings teak with IBA hormone administration. The research was conducted in January and April 2017 in the nursery garden Tinggang Padangan KPH Bojonegoro. The design environment using a completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors: the length of material shoot cuttings and concentration of IBA with 6 stage treatment comprising N1K1 (node 1, the concentration of 200 ppm), N2K2 (node 2, the concentration of 200 ppm), N3K3 (node 3, the concentration of 200 ppm), N1K2 (node 1, a concentration of 300 ppm), N2K2 (node 2, a concentration of 300 ppm), and N3K2 (node 3, a concentration of 300 ppm). Observation data analyzed by analysis of variance (ANSIRA), followed by a different test real distance duncan (BJND) ?: 5%. The results showed that the length of material cuttings treatment and hormone IBA significant effect on the variable number of leaves and number of roots, and the results were significantly different in the variable leaf area. N3K1 treatment gives the highest yield on a variable proportion of seed of life, leaf number, root length, number of roots, bobott wet and dry root and leaf area.
