    Abstraksi

    ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Locus of Control, Moralitas Individu, Job and People Oriented Terhadap Fraud Pelayanan Kesehatan baik secara parsial maupun simultan dengan menggunakan variabel Locus of Control, Moralitas Individu, dan Job and People Oriented. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan penyebaran kuesioner ke 96 responden tenaga medis, laboratorium, farmasi dan administrasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional stratified random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis yaitu uji t dan uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel moralitas individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fraud pelayanan kesehatan. Namun variabel locus of control dan job and people oriented tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fraud pelayanan kesehatan. Secara simultan, variabel variabel Locus of Control, Moralitas Individu, dan Job and People Oriented berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fraud pelayanan kesehatan.     Abstraction

    ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Locus of Control, Morality Individuals, Job and People Oriented Against Health Care Fraud either partially or simultaneously by using variable Locus of Control, Individual Morality, and Job and People Oriented. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents medical personnel, laboratory, pharmacy and administration. The sampling technique using proportional stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple regression test and a test of the hypothesis that the t test and test F and test the coefficient of determination (R2). Results from this study indicate that in partial significant effect on the individual morality of health care fraud. However, the variable locus of control and job and people oriented no significant impact on health care fraud. Simultaneously, variables Locus of Control, Individual Morality, and Job and People Oriented significant impact on health care fraud.
