Abstraksi Nurul Imaniyah, Anilisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Migrasi Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Pamekasan ke Luar Negeri. Di bawah bimbingan Mohtar Rasyid, S.E., M.Sc. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan migrasi tenaga kerja Kabupaten Pamekasan ke luar negeri, studi kasus di Desa Tlontoraja Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan yang meliputi variabel umur, pendapatan, pendidikan, dan jumlah tanggungan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari hasil survei atau wawancara dengan 70 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Binary Logistic Regression Model, dengan variabel dependen yaitu minat bekerja ke luar negeri dan variabel independen yaitu umur, pendapatan, pendidikan dan jumlah tanggungan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.174376. Hasil analisis Uji Likelihood Ratio adalah sebesar 16.10529 dengan probabilitas LR statistik sebesar 0.002881, sedangkan uji Z menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu umur dan pendapatan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan, namun variabel pendidikan dan jumlah tanggungan tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan migrasi ke luar negeri. Abstraction Imaniyah, Nurul. Analysis on Factors that Influence the Decision-Making of Migrating Labors of Pamekasan District Overseas. Thesis Advisor: Mohtar Rasyid, S.E., M.Sc. The purpose of this study is to find out and to analyze factors which influence the decision-making of migrating labors of Pamekasan District overseas. The study case was held in TlontorajaVillege, KecamatanPasean, Pamekasan District which involved age variable, income, education and the amount of responsibility. The data in this research was accurately taken from survey and interview of 70 respondents. The method in this study employed Binary Logistic Regression Model, valued on dependent variable which was associated to interest of working overseas and independent variables were age, income, and dependent amount. The result shows coefficient determination value (R2) as 0.174376. The result of analysis on experimental practice Likehood Ratio as 16.10529 with probability static LR as 0.002881 while Z test showed that independent variable were age and income which had rendered significant influence. However, education variable and the amount of responsibility had no significant influence upon decision-making of migrating overseas.
