Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruh faktor modal awal, jumlah tenaga kerja, bahan baku dan teknologi terhadap hasil produksi pada sentra industri kerajinan logam di desa Ngingas Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner dan interview. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode propotionate stratified random sampling, dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah : modal awal, jumlah tenaga kerja, bahan baku dan teknologi dapat memberikan pengaruh yang positif secara signifikan terhadap hasil produksi industri kerajinan logam. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu secara parsial variabel modal, variabel tenaga kerja dan bahan baku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil produksi industri kerajinan logam. Namun hanya variabel bahan baku memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai koefisien yang positif terhadap hasil produksi industri kerajinan logam. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama atau secara simultan variabel modal awal, jumlah tenaga kerja, bahan baku dan teknologi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil produksi pada sentra kerajinan logam di desa Ngingas Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Sidoarjo. The objective of this study is to know the effect and how big the effect is the factors of initial capital, amount of labor, raw material and technology on the production of the industrial center of metal craft in Ngingas Village Waru Sub District Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis method by using data collection method through questionnaire and interview. Sampling technique uses propotionate stratified random sampling method and analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis of this study is: initial capital, amount of labor, raw material and technology can give a significant positive effect on the production of metal craft inductry. The conclusion of this study is that partially, variable of capital, variable of labor and raw material have significant effect on the production of metal craft industry. But, only variable of raw material which has significant effect with positive coefficient value on the production of metal craft industry. While simultaneously, variable of initial capital, amount of labor, raw material and technology have significant effect on the increased production in the center of metal craft in Ngingas Village Waru Sub District Sidoarjo Regency.
