Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh tenaga kerja, modal, upah, akses perbankan, dan alat produksi terhadap kinerja produktivitas industri alas kaki di Kec. Prajurit Kulon Kota Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan wawancara dan kuesioner terhadap 49 responden pengusaha alas kaki dengan menggunakan pendekatan regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji normalitas). Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa uji terhadap koefisien regresi pada variabel tenaga kerja, modal, upah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja produktivitas industri alas kaki di Kec. Prajurit Kulon. Sedangkan akses perbankan dan alat produksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja produktivitas industri alas kaki di Kec. Prajurit Kulon. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, disarankan para pengusaha alas kaki lebih meningkatkan jumlah tenaga kerja agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas industri tersebut, selain itu dapat mengurangi tingkat pengangguran disekitar daerah industri alas kaki.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of labor, financial capital, wages, banking access, and production equipment on the productivity performance of the footwear industry in the district Prajuritkulon, Mojokerto city This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study, namely with interviews and questionnaires on 49 respondents of footwear entrepreneurs use linear regression approach with classic assumption tests (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test).The results of the study show that the test of the regression coefficient on variables of labor, financial capital , wage have affects to productive performance of the footwear industry in the district. Prajuritkulon. Whereas banking access and production equipment influence the productive performance of the footwear industry in the district. Prajuritkulon.Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it is recommended that footwear entrepreneurs increase the number of workers to increase the productivenof the industry, besides that, it’s can reduce the unemployment around the footwear industry area.
