    Abstraksi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sifat machiavellian, self efficacy, personal cost dan komitmen profesi terhadap intensi whistleblowing. Berdasarkan metode simple random sampling, sampel diambil menggunakan rumus slovin dengan hasil 83 responden dari populasi 495 pegawai yang berada pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan diolah melalui spss 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sifat machiavellian dan personal cost tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi whistleblowing. Sedangkan self efficacy dan komitmen profesi berpengaruh terhadap intensi whistleblowing.

    Abstraction

    This study aims to determine the effect of the nature of machiavellian, self efficacy, personal cost and professional commitment to the intention of whistleblowing. A simple sampling method, the sample was taken using slovin formula with the result of 83 respondents from 495 employee population residing in Surabaya Transportation Department. This study uses primary data questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and processed through spss 20. The results show the nature of Machiavellian and personal cost does not affect the intention of whistleblowing. While self efficacy and professional commitment to whistleblowing intention.
