Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi variabel partisipasi anggota dan lingkungan usaha mempengaruhi kinerja pada koperasi binaan PT. Petrokimia Gresik secara parsial dan variabel yang paling dominan. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengab total populasi 133 dan total sampel 57 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin, serta teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus alokasi proposional. Penelitian ini di analisis menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, dan teknik analisis untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan uji statistik ditemukan bahwa partisipasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat di lihat dengan nilai koefisien regresi (B) sebesar 0,884 dan memiliki nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari a = 0,05. Sedangkan hasil t hitung sebesar lebih besar 16,645 dari t tabel sebesar 1,684. Selanjutnya di temukan bahwa lingkungan usaha berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dapat di lihat dengan nilai koefisien regresi (B) sebesar 0,080 dan memiliki nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,298 yang lebih besar dari a = 0,05. Sedangkan hasil t hitung sebesar 1,052 lebih kecil dari t tabel sebesar 1,684. Kemudian variabel yang paling dominan partisipasi anggota lebih dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan daripada lingkungan usaha. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien Beta partisipasi sebesar 0,907 > dari nilai lingkungan usaha sebesar 0,057.
