    Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis etika bisnis pedagang makanan dan minuman di desa Telang menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam khususnya di lingkungan Universitas Trunojoyo Madura mengenai kejujuran pedagang dilihat dari sudut pandang pedagang dan sudut pandang konsumen dalam hal memberitahukan harga, produk yang halal dan thayyibah, dan produk yang tidak layak dijual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang menggambarkan secara sistematis tentang fokus penelitian yaitu etika bisnis pedagang makanan dan minuman dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. subyek penelitian merupakan 36 orang pedagang dan 30 orang konsumen. Metode pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi dan wawancara dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data melaui tiga tahap: reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian menunujukkan bahwa mayoritas pedagang makanan dan minuman di Desa Telang telah sesuai dengan etika bisnis Islam dalam melakukan kegiatan perdagangan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari keseluruhan rata-rata hasil prosentase kejujuran pedagang yang tinggi, baik pada aspek memberitahukan harga, produk yang halal dan thayyibah, dan produk yang tidak layak dijual.

    Abstraction

    This research was aimed to analyze the business ethic of food and drink seller at Telang village according to Islamic Economic perspective, especially at University of Trunojoyo Madura. This research concerned about seller’s honesty which is viewed from seller’s point of view and consumer’s point of view in telling the price, halal and thayyibah, and product that unreasonably been sold. This research used descriptive qualitative method which described about research focus systematically, the business ethic of food and drink seller at Telang village according to Islamic Economic perspective. Research subjects were 36 sellers and 30 consumers. Method of collecting data used observation and interview method with primary and secondary data sources. Technique of analyzing data used three steps, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. The result of this research showed that the majority of food and drink sellers at Telang Village have been appropriate with Islamic business ethic in trading activity. It was proven by the entirely average of high percentage result’s business man honesty, in aspect of telling the price, halal and thayyibah product, and product that unreasonably been sold.
