Judul penelitian ini adalah “Peningkatan Perekonomian Masyarakat Melalui Pengeboran Tambang Minyak dan Gas pada MCL (Mobil Cepu Ltd.) dalam Perspektif Mashlahah (Studi Kasus Desa Mojodelik Kecamatan Gayam Kabupaten Bojonegoro Provinsi Jawa Timur)”, Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar dengan adanya pengelolaan tambang minyak dan gas pada MCL (Mobil Cepu Ltd) dalam perspektif mashlahah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel penelitian menggunakan metode key person, dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumenter. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh mengenai peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat melalui pengeboran tambang minyak dan gas pada MCL sudah sesuai dengan prespektif mashlahah. Hal ini terbukti dengan berpengaruhnya kelima hal pokok tujuan syara’ yaitu Hifz al-Dîn, Hifz al-Nafs, Hifzal-‘Aql, Hifzal-Nasl, dan Hifz al-Mâldengan peningkatan perekonomian di Desa Mojodelik. Kata kunci: Prespektif, Mashlahah, Hifz al-Dîn, Hifz al-Nafs, Hifz al-‘Aql, Hifz al-Nasl, dan Hifz al-Mâl.

The title of this study is "Improvement of Economic Society through Mine Drilling of Oil and Gas in MCL (Mobil Cepu Ltd.) in Perspective of mashlahah (A Case Study of Mojodelik village, Gayam subdistrict, Bojonegoro District, East Java Province)", This study has the goal of improving the economy of the communities to know about the presence of the management of oil and gas mine in MCL (Mobil Cepu Ltd.) in mashlahah perspective. The type of study which used by the writers is qualitative study methods. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Sample in this study is taken by key person method, and the data collection is through interview, observation and documentation. This study is belongs to descriptive analysis. The study results which are obtained regarding to the improvement of the community's economy through the mine drilling of oil and gas in MCL is in conformity with mashlahah perspective. This is proven by the prominence of the five main points of interest of Personality. They are: 'is Hifz al-Dîn, Hifz al-Nafs, Hifz al-'Aql, Hifz al-Nasl, and Hifz al-Mâl with economic improvement in the Mojodelik village.
