  • CIVIC DISPOSITION DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN (PKn) DI SEKOLAH DASAR (Studi Kasus di SDN Pejagan 1 Bangkalan)

    Abstraksi

    Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yang disajikan dengan uraian deskripsi hasil penelitian.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Pejagan 1 Bangkalan.Teknik pengambilan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini meneliti butir-butirCivic Diposition dalam Perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam penyusunan RPP dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, serta upaya-upaya guru dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi. Aspek Civic Disposition yang diteliti ada empat, hal tersebut berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan nilai dan kondisi aktual yang ada di lapangan. Keempat sikap tersebut yaitu menghargai perbedaan pendapat, menaati aturan yang ada di sekitar, memiliki rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi, dan memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi. Subjek penelitian yang menjadi informan wawancara yaituguru kelas satu sampai kelas enam. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan telah dikembangkan sesuai dengan butir-butir Civic Disposition yang diteliti. Kendala yang dihadapi guru pada perencanaan pembelajaran adalah media pembelajaran dan kendala pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran adalah perbedaan tingkat pemahaman siswa, siswa yang kurang mampu mengontrol sikap, dan penggunaan media pembelajaran. Sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan guru adalah dengan meningkatkan pembuatan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran, memberikan punishment bagi siswa yang berperilaku tidak baik, memberikan jam tambahan bagi siswa yang mempunyai tingkat pemahaman rendah.

    Abstraction

    This research is descriptive qualitative research which is described in the research result of descriptive. This research is conducted at Elementary School of Pejagan 1 Bangkalan. Data sampling technique is observation, interview and documentation. This research is about defelopment of civic disposition’s items. Civic Disposition development aspect in learning planning, civic education learning implementation, the obstacles which are faced by teacher in conception of learning planning and learning implementation, including teacher attempts in overcome the obstacles which are faced. The aspects based of the value necessity analysis and actual condition in the elementary school. There are four Civic Disposition aspects which are analyzed. They are the respecting attitude of difference opinion, obeying the surrounding rule, having high responsibility and curiousity. The subject of research is one to six grade teachers who become interview informant. It can be concluded that learning planning and nationality education learning implementation has been developed based on Civic Disposition small components which are analyzed. The obstacles which are faced by teacher in learning planning are about learning media and obstacle in learning implementation is student who has low intellectual quality, less capable to control their attitude and the difficulty of teacher in using learning media. And the attemts in overcome the obstacles are development in making and using learning media, give punishment to the student who has less capable to control their attitude, and also give an addition learning for the student who has low intellectual quality.
