Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain Non Eksperimental Desaign, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas I-VI SDN Telang 2 Kamal yang berjumlah 89 siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemberian reward dan punishment terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pemberian rewrad dan punishment terhadap motivasi belajar siswa berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji signifikan (uji-t), maka diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 42,131 dan ttabel t(?/2, n-2) = 1,988. Dengan nilai koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,976 dengan kategori sangat kuat. Selain itu hipotesis diterima berdasarkan nilai thitung dan ttabel diperoleh thitung > ttabel, ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pemberian rewrad dan punishment terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SDN Telang 2 Kamal Bangkalan. Uji determinasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui kontribusi yang diberikan variabel X (pemberian reward dan punishment) terhadap variabel Y (motivasi belajar) diperoleh sebesar 95,3% dan dapat dismpulkan bahwa pemberian reward dan punishment berhubungan signifikan dengan motivasi belajar sebesar 95,3%. AbstractionThis research is a quantitative research using Non Experimental Desaign design, this research was conducted in class I-VI SDN Telang 2 Kamal which amounted to 89 students. This study aims to determine the relationship of reward and punishment rewards to student learning motivation. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between rewrad and punishment provision on student learning motivation based on the result of significant test calculation (t-test), then obtained tcount of 42,131 and ttable t (? / 2, n-2) = 1,988. With the correlation coefficient obtained by 0.976 with very strong category. In addition the hypothesis is accepted based on the value of tcount and ttable obtained thitung> ttabel, this means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. So there is a significant relationship between rewrad and punishment provision on student learning motivation SDN Telang 2 Kamal Bangkalan. Determination test is done to know the contribution given variable X (giving reward and punishment) to variable Y (learning motivation) obtained equal to 95,3% and can dismpulkan that giving reward and punishment significant relation with learning motivation equal to 95,3%.
