Penelitian pengembangan ini dilatarbelakangi kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran secara maksimal, pemanfaatan media masih didominasi media sederhana seperti media papan tulis dan materi pelajaran hanya bisa didapat siswa melalui guru. Siswa hanya sebagai pendengar dan kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran. Pengembangan media pembelajaran Corong Berhitung pada mata pelajaran matematika materi perkalian kelas III semester II tahun ajaran 20162017 menggunakan model pengembangan Borg dan Gall. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis kualitatif dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa hasil persentase kelayakan media pembelajaran Corong Berhitung, menurut ahli isi atau materi adalah 94% (sangat valid), menurut ahli media pembelajaran adalah 94% (sangat valid), menurut ahli desain pembelajaran adalah 76% (valid). Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil 94,2% dan hasil uji coba kelompok besar 90,1%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Corong Berhitung layak digunakan dan diterapkan pada pembelajaran matematika kelas III materi perkalian. AbstractionThis research and development is motivated by the lack of the using of maximal instructional media, the media utilization is still dominated by a simple media such as blackboard and the subject matter can only be obtained by the students through the teacher. Students are only as a listener and are less active in the learning. The development of Numeracy Funnel instructional media in mathematics subject in the material of multiplication of third class in second semester on 20162017 of the year lesson uses Borg and Gall development model. Techniques of collecting data are observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Techniques of data analysis that used are qualitative analysis and descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of research that conducted, the percentage of feasibility of Numeracy Funnel instructional media is found, according to content or material expert is 94% (very valid), according to instructional media expert is 94% (very valid), and according to instructional design expert is 76% (valid). The trial results of small group is 94,2% and the trial results of large group is 90,1%. It can be concluded that the Numeracy Funnel instructional media is suitable to be used and applied in mathematics learning of third class in the material of multiplication.
