    Abstraksi

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pola interaksi edukatif guru di SDN Pandian V Sumenep dalam proses penanaman karakter siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru dan siswa di SDN Pandian V Sumenep. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan snowball sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 21 pola interaksi edukatif guru dalam proses penanaman karakter di SDN Pandian V Sumenep yaitu pola interaksi edukatif guru dengan siswa berdasarkan komunikasi satu arah, komunikasi dua arah, dan komunikasi banyak arah. Peran guru SDN Pandian V dalam interaksi edukatif yaitu sebagai korektor, inspirator, informator, organisator, motivator, inisiator, fasilitator, pembimbing, demonstrator, pengelola kelas, mediator, supervisor, dan evaluator. Suasana hubungan warga sekolah dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter adalah disiplin dan kekeluargaan. Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter melalui interaksi edukatif di SDN Pandian V yaitu dengan kegiatan edukatif dan memaksimalkan peran guru dalam interaksi edukatif.     Abstraction

    ABSTRACT This study aimed to describe interaction of pattern educational teacher at SDN Pandian V Sumenep in the process of cultivation of student character. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive. Subjects in this study are all teachers and students at SDN Pandian V Sumenep. Sample collection technique using snowball sampling. Analysis of the data used through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that there are 21 patterns of educational interaction of teachers in the process of planting character in SDN Pandian V Sumenep is a pattern of educational interaction of teachers with students based on one-way communication, two-way communication, and communication in many directions. Role of teachers SDN Pandian V Sumenep in educational interaction is as a proofreader, inspiratory, informatory, organizer, motivator, initiator, facilitator, counselor, demonstrator, class manager, mediator, supervisor and evaluator. School community relations environment in the implementation of character education is the discipline and family. Implementation of character education through educational interaction in SDN Pandian V Sumenep with educational activities and to maximize the role of teachers in educational interaction.
