English Study Program of Faculty of Social and Cultural Sciences, University of Trunojoyo Madura. Advisor: Dr. Masduki, M.Pd This study is concerned with syntactic structure. This study analyzed sentences which consist of Syntactic Structure on Noam Chomsky’s Quotes by Fans on Facebook. It used Francis’s (1958: 292) theory to analyze Syntactic Structure on Noam Chomsky’s Quotes by Fans on Facebook. This research uses descriptive qualitative design. The source of data in this study is facebook. The data were sentences which consist of syntactic structure. The main instrument in collecting, classifying, and analyzing the data was the researcher herself. The method to collect the data was content analysis. The method to analyze the data was interactive data analysis. In finding, the researcher found 38 data. The researcher found four types of syntactic structure on Noam Chomsky’s Quotes by Fans on Facebook. There were 1 data included into Structure of Modification, 24 data included into Structure of Predication, 1 data included into Structure of Complementation and 7 data included into Structure of Coordination. Meanwhile, the researcher also found Componential Variety of Sentence forming Syntactic Structure found 43 data included into Simple Component and 47 data included into Complex Component.
