The novel entitled Human Act by Han Kang tells about Psychlogy for the victims after Gwangju tragedy 1980. Thus, this study discusses the Psychology effect for the victims in the novel. By using Sigmund Freud theory Fear and Anxiety, the writer can find the psychology effect related with the victims. The writer also finds the victims survive after Gwangju tragedy 1980. The utterances of Dong Ho, Jeong Dae and other victims in Human Act novel are the data of this study. Then qualitative research is chosen as the technique of analyzing data. The writers find about the fear and anxiety in the victims after Gwangju tragedy 1980. The writer explain about the Psychology for the victims after the society demonstration with the soldier. For the victims, Gwangju tragedy make bad memories in their life. Then, the victims can not forget the tragedy from their brain. From the traged, the victims loss their family and friends. Some victims pass away after shoot by soldier. This tragedy as the bad situation in Gwangju at 1980 and all the society always remember about the tragedy.
