This study focuses on registers used in 94th Edition Exposure Photography Magazine. This study aims to explain the types of registers and the functions of registers used in this magazine.This study is conducted by applying a qualitative research design since the data are in the form of words. The data of this study are the words which contain registers. The data are collected by using content analysis method. In analyzing the data, the writer uses interactive data analysis. This study uses two theories that proposed by Hunt et al (1999) and Biber (1994) to analyze the data.In the findings the writer found 43 data. The writer found only one type of register namely formal registers 43 data are included into formal registers,no data are included into informal registers, no data belongs to over-formal registers, no data belongs to motherese registers, no data belongs to reporting registers. The writer also found one factors that influenced register. Those are social settings (43 data), situation and purpose (0 data), addressor and addressee (0 data), topic (0 data).
