    Abstraksi

Indeks prepoderansi didapatkan Biddulphia sp. sebanyak 34%, Coscinodiscus sp. 31,5%, Rhizosolenia sp. 12%, Dinophysis sp. 6,6%, Thalasiosira sp. 5%, Thalasiotrix sp. 3,5%, Skeletonema sp. 2,2%, Ceratium sp. 2%, Flagilaria sp 2%, Navicula sp. 0,6%, Leptocyndrus sp. 0,2%, Pleurosigma sp. 0,2%. Fitoplankton kelas Baccilariophyceae Biddulphia sp, Coscinodiscus sp., Rhizosolenia sp menjadi makanan pelengkap sedangkan Dinophysis sp., Thalasiosira sp., Thalasiotrix sp.,Leptocyndrus sp., Navicula sp. Skeletonema sp., sebagai makanan tambahan.

    Abstraction

Razor clams (Solen sp.) or also known as in Madura Island as "lorjuk" is the mainstay of this island, because the razor clams is the basic and additional materials in the manufacture of food specialties of Madura, like rengginang lorjuk, lorjuk goreng, kacang lorjuk and campur lorjuk. This research aims to known the morphology and fooding habit with the presence of phytoplankton in Sreseh Waters of Sampang Regency. This research was conducted in May 2017 for three weeks. Analysis and identification in Laboratory of Marine Science, Trunojoyo University of Madura. The observed aspect is the leght weight of razor clams with the shell and without shell, abundance of phythoplankton in waters, intestinal of Razor clams (Solen sp.) and index of prepoderance. Tools and materials used is Razor clams (Solen sp.) lugols, disecting kit, beaker glass, microscope, Do meter, Phpen, Refractometer, Secchidisk. Razor clams (Solen sp.) was taken during this research obtained as 135 tail. The average leght of range 11,6 - 14,64 cm with the average weigth 28,2gr-32,88gr with shell, while the average weight without the shell 14,64 gr-15,03gr. Fooding habits of Razor clams (Solen sp.) was obtained as many as 12 types of phytoplankton are dominated by class Baccilariophyceae as 10 types and Dinophyceae 2 types. Index of prepoderance was obtained Biddulphia sp. 34%, Coscinodiscus sp. 31,5%, Rhizosolenia sp. 12%, Dinophysis sp. 6,6%, Thalasiosira sp. 5%, Thalasiotrix sp. 3,5%, Skeletonema sp. 2,2%, Ceratium sp. 2%, Flagilaria sp 2%, Navicula sp. 0,6%, Leptocyndrus sp. 0,2%, Pleurosigma sp. 0,2%. Phytoplankton class Baccilariophyceae Biddulphia sp,Rhizosolenia sp,Coscinodiscus sp., become a clomplement food while Dinophysis sp., Thalasiosira sp., Thalasiotrix sp.,Leptocyndrus sp., Navicula sp. Skeletonema sp., was being a additional food.
