ABSTRAK Persaingan pada sektor industri tidak hanya diukur dari produknya saja melainkan, harus juga diukur dari tingkat produktivitasnya. Untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas perusahaan khususnya pada perusahaan CV MDP Petis Madura Hj Diya Food Sampang, apakah mengalami peningkatan atau penurunan maka perlu dilakukan pengukuran produktivitas dengan menggunakan metode Marvin E Mundel dan metode American Productivity Center (APC). Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data produksi dan biaya produksi dari bulan Januari 2014 hingga bulan Desember 2016, sedangkan data lainnya diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan direktur perusahaan. Hasil dari pengukuran produktivitas menunjukkan bahwa pada metode Marvin E Mundel mengalami penurunan di bulan Februari 2014 sebesar 12%, bulan Februari 2015 sebesar 14% dan bulan Februari 2016 sebesar 13%. Dan mengalami peningkatan di bulan Agustus 2016 dan September 2016 sebesar 43% dan 47%. Sedangkan pada metode American Productivity Center (APC) mengalami penurunan di bulan Februari 2014, Februari 2015 dan Februari 2016 sebesar 4%. Dan mengalami peningkatan di bulan Juli 2015 dan Juli 2016 sebesar 25%. Dengan membandingkan dari kedua metode tersebut maka perusahaan dapat memilih metode Marvin E Mundel karena mampu memberikan data dan hasil perhitungan tingkat produktivitas yang lebih spesifik dibandingkan metode American Productivity Center (APC) Kata Kunci : Produktivitas, Marvin E Mundel, American Productivity Center (APC)
AbstractionThe competition of industry sector is not only measured from the product, but also from its productivity. The measurig of productivity is the most important for each company which wants to be competed in global trade era to improve the performance more efective as well as can maintain the existence of industry sector. For knowing the productivity phase of the company especially on the CV MDP Petis Madura Hj Diya Food Sampang company, wheater increase or decrease, then it needs to measure the productivity by using Marvin E Mundel dan metode American Productivity Center (APC) method. The data which are collected consist of the data production and cost production from January 2014 until Desember 2016, meanwhile the other data are obtained through the interview by company director. The results of measuring productivity show that on Marvin E Mundel method get decrease on February 2014 as many as 12%, on Ferbuary 2015 as many as 14% and on February 2016 13%. It also gets increase on August 2016 and September 2016 as many as 43% and 47%. Meanwhile on American Productivity Center (APC) method gets decrease on February 2014, February 2015 and February 2016 as many as 4%.it also gets increase on July 2015 and July 2016 as many as 25%. By comparing from both methods, then the company can choose Marvin E Mundel method because is capable giving the data and measuring results of productivity phase more specific than American Productivity Center (APC) method.
