    Abstraksi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis stek dan zat pengatur tumbuh terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman Gandarusa (Justicia gendarussa Burm. f.) yang dilakukan di Green house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Trunojoyo Madura pada bulan Nopember 2015 hingga Februari 2016. Rancangan metode ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) non faktorial, perlakuan yang dicoba sebanyak 9 kombinasi dengan 3 kali ulangan, setiap perlakuan terdiri atas 3 sampel. perlakuan pertama adalah jenis stek dengan taraf : pangkal, tengah dan pucuk. perlakuan kedua adalah macam zat pengatur tumbuh dengan taraf : tanpa zat pengatur tumbuh, air kelapa 100% dan IBA 100 ppm. Variabel pengamatan meliputi waktu muncul tunas, jumlah tunas, panjang tunas, jumlah daun, jumlah akar, panjang akar dan luas daun. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Jarak Nyata Duncan (BJND) taraf 5%. Perlakuan A2Z1 dan A3Z1 yang memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap waktu muncul tunas dan jumlah tunas. Perlakuan A2Z2 dan A3Z2 memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap panjang tunas. Perlakuan A2Z2 memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap jumlah daun, jumlah akar dan akar terpanjang. Kata kunci: Gandarusa, Jenis Stek, IBA dan Air Kelapa.

    Abstraction

    This study is purposed to determine the effect of the the types of cuttings and plant growth regulators on Gandarusa (Justicia gendarussa Burm. F.) growth. This Research conducted at Faculty of Agriculture’s green house, University of Trunojoyo, Madura on November 2015 until February 2016. This study uses a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) non factorial with nine treatments combination and 3 repetitions. The first treatments is the type of cuttings with standard: base, middle and tip. The second treatments is the kind of plant growth regulator with standard: without growth regulators, 100 % coconut water and IBA 100 ppm. Variable observations include time appeared shoots, shoot number, shoot length, number of leaves, number of roots, root length and leaf area. Data obtained were analyzed using ANOVA followed by Duncan Real distance different Test with 5 level. A2Z1 and A3Z1 provides the best results for the time appears and number of shoot. A2Z2 and A3Z2 provides the best results for the shoot lenght. A2Z2 gave the best results for the, number of leaves, number of roots and root length.
