    ABSTRAK Winda Adelia Pratiwi. 120211100126. Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia, di bawah bimbingan. Dr.H.M.Alkirom Wildan,SE.,Msi Dan Dr. H. RM. Moch Wispandono, SE., MS Karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja merupakan faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan, karyawan sering mengalami permasalahan seperti karyawan yang cepat kelelahan akibat faktor usia dan karyawan yang sakit atau cidera akibat kecelakaan kerja saat bekerja.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia. Pada karakteristik individu (X1) terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan(Y). Sedangkan lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pada karakteristik individu (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawaan (Y) secara bersamaan. Berdasarkan data statistik menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 68,1%. Selanjutnya ditemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 32%. Dengan demikian lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh signifikan terbesar terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : karakteristik individu, lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan

Moch Wispandono, SE., MS Individual characteristics and work enviromental is the important factors that could affect the performance of employees.In carrying out the work of employees often experience problems such as employees quckly echausted due to aging and employee ilness on injury due to accidents at work.The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of individual characteristics and work environment on employee perfomance on PT. Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia. individual characteristics (X1) positive influences the employee perfomance (Y). work environment (X2) positively influences the employee perfomance (Y). The result of the study also shows that (X1) individual characteristics and work environment (X2) employee perfomance (Y). Based on the data above, it can be concluded that the high individual characteristics and work environment support can affect the low of employee perfomance and vice versa. According to the statistical data, it shows that employees stess influences the Individual characteristics for On employee perfomance 68,1%, social support influences the work environment for 32% therefore, social support gives huge significant influences on employee perfomance.
