Jibril Wahid Abdul Jabbar (2017), “ Analisis Experiental Marketing Terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung Taman Wisata Tirta Sumekar Indah Sumenep. Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Hadi Purnomo, SE., MM dan Ibu Yustina Chrismardani, S.Si., MM. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh Experiential Marketing, Sense, Feel, Think, Act, dan Relate terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung Taman Wisata Tirta Sumekar Indah Sumenep. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan deskriptif, dengan jenis penelitian survei melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner kepada 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling yaitu dengan cara accidental sampling, dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Kemudian data di proses melalui applikasi pengolah data SPSS sehingga diketahui hasil dari penelitian ini (1) menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel Sense, Feel, Think, Act, dan Relate berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Taman Wisata Tirta Sumekar Indah Sumenep. Kemudian (2) Experiental Marketing yang terdiri dari Sense, Feel, Think, Act, dan Relate secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Taman Wisata Tirta Sumekar Indah Sumenep. Variabel Act merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung Taman Wisata Tirta Sumekar Indah Sumenep. Kata kunci: Experiental Marketing, Sense, Feel, Think, Act, Relate dan Kepuasan Pengunjung.

Under the guidance of Hadi Purnomo, SE., MM and Yustina Chrismardani, S. Si., MM. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of experiential marketing, Sense, Feel, Think, Act, and Relate towards the satisfaction of Visitors Parks Tourism Tirta Sumekar Indah Sumenep. The method of this research is quantitative and descriptive, with the kind of survey research through interviews and dissemination of the questionnaire to 100 respondents. Sampling techniques using non-probability sampling is by way of accidental sampling, using multiple linear regression analysis. Then the data in the process so that the known results of this research (1) shows that partially variable Sense, Feel, Think, Act, and Relate to significant effect against the satisfaction of visitors Parks Tourism Tirta Sumekar Indah Sumenep. Then (2) Experiental Marketing consisting of Sense, Feel, Think, Act, and Relate to the simultaneous satisfaction of visitors Parks Tourism Tirta Sumekar Indah Sumenep. Act is variable variables that have the most influence on the satisfaction of Visitors Parks Tourism Tirta Sumekar Indah Sumenep.
