Anugrahini Irawati, MM Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap variabel terikat kinerja aparatur pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Kokop Kabupaten Bangkalan, serta untuk mengetahui manakah diantara keempat variabel bebas tersebut yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap variabel terikatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, populasi sebesar 126 pegawai dan sampel sebesar 80 responden yang dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Data diperoleh dari proses wawancara, observasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menjawab hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur; (2) variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur; (3) variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur; (4) variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja aparatur; (5) variabel kompensasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja aparatur. Anugrahini Irawati, MM The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables of leadership, compensation, work environment and education and training on the dependent variable of performance of village government apparatus in Kokop District, Bangkalan Regency, and to find out which of the four independent variables had a dominant influence on the dependent variable. This study uses a quantitative method, a population of 126 employees and a sample of 80 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data obtained from the process of interviewing, observing, and distributing questionnaires to respondents, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to answer the hypothesis. The results of this study are: (1) leadership variables have a positive and significant effect on apparatus performance; (2) compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the apparatus; (3) work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on apparatus performance; (4) education and training variables have a positive and significant effect on apparatus performance; (5) compensation variables have a dominant influence on the performance of the apparatus.
