“Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Konflik Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Kemahasiswaan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trunojoyo Madura” Dibawah bimbingan Drs. Ec. Mudji Kuswinarno, M.Si dan Helmi Buyung Aulia S, ST., SE., MMT. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah; 1) untuk mengetahui apakah komunikasi organisasi dan konflik organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi kemahasiswaanFakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trunojoyo Madura; 2) untuk mengetahui apakah komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi kemahasiswaan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trunojoyo Madura; 3) untuk mengetahui apakah konflik organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi kemahasiswaanFakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trunojoyo Madura; 4) untuk mengetahui variabel manakah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja organisasi kemahasiswaanFakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Hipotesis penelitian ini; 1) diduga variabel komunikasi organisasi dan konflik organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja organisasi kemahasiswaanFakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trunojoyo Madura; 2) diduga variabel komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi kemahasiswaanFakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trunojoyo Madura; 3) diduga variabel konflik organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi kemahasiswaanFakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trunojoyo Madura; 4) diduga variabel komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja organisasi kemahasiswaanFakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda: 1) Secara simultan komunikasi organisasi dan konflik organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi kemahasiswaan;2) Komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi kemahasiswaan;3) Konflik organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi kemahasiswaan;4) Variabel komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh dominan dengan nilai (B) 0,726. Hasil analisis determinasi menunjukkan Adjust R Square sebesar 0,799 atau 79,9% (kinerja organisasi kemahasiswaanFakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trunojoyo Madura dipengaruhi oleh variabel komunikasi organisasi dan konflik organisasi). Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Organisasi, Konflik Organisasi, Kinerja Organisasi.
Abstraction“The Effect of Organizational Communication and Organizational Conflict for Student OrganizationPerformanceAt Faculty of Economics and Business University of Trunojoyo Madura” Under the guidance of Drs. Ec. Mudji Kuswinarno, M.Si and Helmi Buyung Aulia S, ST., SE., MMT. The aims of this study are; 1) To determine whether the Organizational Communication effect the Student Organization Performance At Faculty of Economics and Business University of Trunojoyo Madura;2) To determine whether the Organizational Conflict effect the Student Organization Performance At Faculty of Economics and Business University of Trunojoyo Madura; 3) To determine whether the Organizational Communication and Organizational ConflictOrganizational Conflict together effect the Student Organization Performance At Faculty of Economics and Business University of Trunojoyo MaduraSimultaneously; 4) To determine which is dominant amoung the variables are Organizational Communication and Organizational Conflict effect to Student Organization Performance At Faculty of Economics and Business University of Trunojoyo Madura. The hypothesis of this study suspected that; 1) Organizational Communication and Organizational Conflict variables are positive and significant effect to Student Organization Performance At Faculty of Economics and Business University of Trunojoyo Madurasimultaneously; 2) Organizational Communicationvariable is positive and significant effect to Student Organization Performance At Faculty of Economics and Business University of Trunojoyo Madura; 3)Organizational Conflictvariable is positive and significant effect to Student Organization Performance At Faculty of Economics and Business University of Trunojoyo Madura; 4) Organizational Communication is dominant effect of Student Organization Performance At Faculty of Economics and Business University of Trunojoyo Madura. The result of multiple linear regression analysis are: 1) Organizational Communication and Organizational Conflict variables effect are positive and significant to the Student Organization Performancesimultaneosly.2) Organizational Communicationvariable effect is positive and significant to the Student Organization Performance; 3) Organizational Conflictvariable effect is positive and significant to the Student Organization Performance;4) Organizational Communication variable is dominant effect to Student Organization Performance with value (B) 0,726. The determination Adjust R Square of 0,799 or 79,9 % (the Student Organization Performance is affected by the Organizational Communication and Organizational Conflict).
