    ABSTRAK Judul penelitian ini adalah “TINJAUAN ETIKA BISNIS ISLAM TERHADAP PERILAKU PEDAGANG MUSLIM DALAM PENETAPAN HARGA JUAL DI PASAR LOAK (Studi Kasus Di Pasar Loak Dupak Rukun Surabaya)” dengan permasalahan sebagai berikut: Bagaimana perilaku pedagang muslim dalam penetapan harga jual? dan bagaimana tinjauan Etika Bisnis Islam terhadap perilaku pedagang muslim dalam penetapan harga jual? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku pedagang muslim dalam penetapan harga jual dan juga untuk menganalisis tinjauan etika bisnis islam terhadap perilaku pedagang muslim dalam penetapan harga jual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif yaitu metode penelitian yang data-datanya dinyatakan dalam bentuk kata-kata atau kalimat. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh langsung oleh peneliti melalui wawancara dan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini bersifat analisis deskriptif analisis yaitu menggambarkan secara langsung hasil wawancara mengenai perilaku pedagang muslim dalam penetapan harga jual dan tinjauan etika bisnis islam terhadap perilaku pedagang muslim dalam penetapan harga jual di pasar loak dupa rukun Surabaya. Adapun hasil penelitian bahwasanya perilaku pedagang Muslim dalam penetapan harga jual barang bekas di pasar Loak Dupak Rukun Surabaya berdasarkan perkiraan, harga beli, sesuai barang meliputi kondisi, kualitas atau merk barang, harga yang berlaku dan dengan prosentase tertentu. Tinjauan Etika Bisnis Islam terhadap perilaku penetapan harga jual barang bekas di Pasar Loak Dupak Rukun Surabaya adalah baik dan adil karena berlaku secara umum tanpa adanya rekayasa yang di buat-buat dan sesuai kondisi barang bekas tanpa adanya kesepakatan harga antara para pedagang dalam penetapan harga jual. Untuk pemberian harga khusus yang diberikan pada pelanggan di anggap sebagai bentuk menjaga hubungan relasi dan kepercayaan pembeli yang mana mengarah pada tujuan etika bisnis dalam membangun hubungan yang baik. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Pedagang Muslim, Penetapan Harga Jual, Pasar Loak Dan Etika Bisnis Islam.

    Abstraction

    ABSTRACT The results of this study is “THE ISLAMIC BUSINESS ETHICS REVIEWS ON THE BEHAVIOR MUSLIM MERCHANTS IN SETTING THE SELLING PRICE AT A FLEA MARKET (Case Study At A Flea Market Dupak Rukun Surabaya)” with statements of the problem as follows: How is the behavior of Muslim merchants in setting the selling price? And how the Islamic Business Ethics reviews on the behavior of Muslim merchants in setting the selling price? This study has objectives to analyze the behavior of Muslim merchants in setting the selling price and also to analyze the Islamic Business Ethics reviews on the behavior of Muslim merchants in setting the selling price. This study is a kind of qualitative research that is a research method in which the data are explained in the form of words or sentences. Data that used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data are directly obtained by the writer through the interview and secondary data are obtained from literature study. This study is descriptive analysis that directly portrays the results of the interview about the behavior of Muslim merchants in setting the selling price and also to analyze the Islamic Business Ethics reviews on the behavior of Muslim merchants in setting the selling price in Dupak Rukun Flea Market Surabaya. Moreover, the results of this study show that the behavior of Muslim merchants in setting the selling price of the secondhand goods in Dupak Rukun Flea Market Surabaya based on the approximation, purchasing price, appropriate for the goods includes the condition, quality, or brand of the goods, the prevailing price, and with certain percentage. Islamic Business Ethics reviews on the behavior of Muslim merchants in setting the selling price of the secondhand goods in Dupak Rukun Flea Market Surabaya are good and fair because it applies generally without artificial engineering and it is appropriate with the condition of the secondhand goods without an agreement of the price among the merchants in the setting of selling price. For the special pricing provided to the customers is considered as a form to maintain the relationship and the trust of buyers in which it directs to the goal of business ethics to build a good relationship.
