Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis nilai dengan metode cerita terhadap sikap kewarganegaraan (civic disposition) siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan bentuk quasi exsperimental design menggunakan teknik nonequivalent control group design. Pada penelitian ini satu kelompok diberi perlakuan dan pengaruh perlakuan diukur dari perbedaan antara pengukuran awal sebelum adanya perlakuan dan pengukuran akhir setelah adanya perlakuan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN Gili Barat, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan objek penelitian.Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini, berupa tes sikap sebagai data utama, lembar aktivitas guru dan siswa sebagai data pendukung. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai thitung = 2,236 > ttabel = 2,093 taraf signifikan (?) = 0,025 dan n = 21- 2 = 19. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dalam penerapan pembelajaran berbasis nilai dengan metode cerita terhadap sikap kewarganegaraan (civic disposition) siswa kelas V pada mata pelajaran PKn di SDN Gili Barat. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil peningkatan tes sikap kewarganegaraan dengan menggunakan uji gain ternormalisasi, lembar aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa.

This research purposed is to relize the influence of learning based of value with story method to the attitude of citizenship of the student ini elementary school Gili Barat. This research using quantitative research with model design experiment, quasi experimental form with nonequivalent control group design technique, in this method one group to give treatment. The influence of treatment measured from differences between measurement of the beginning before treatment (pretest) and measurement of the end after treatment (posttest). Population in this research is all students grade five in elementary school Gili Barat the academic year 2014/2015. The sampling using “sampel jenuh” technique, in this technique all of population be the object of the research, in the from attitude test as a primary data, sheet of teachers and students as a supporting data. This research us Microsoft Excel. The results of the earned value taccount= 2,236 > ttable = 2,093 the standard of significant (?) = 0,025 and n = 21- 2 = 19. So it can be cocluded that there are any significance on the implementation of learning based of value with story method to the attitude of citizenship of the studend ini elementary school Gili Barat the academic year 2014/2015. It can be known from the improvement results of of test the attitude of citizenship by using the gain ternormalisasi test
