This study deals with translation procedure in Syrup medicines packaging. This study is aimed to describe translation procedures applied in Syrup medicines packaging and to describe the most frequent appearance of translation procedure in Syrup medicines packaging. This study uses descriptive qualitatif design. The source of data is syrup medicines packaging, while the data are the words in syrup medicines packaging. The technique used in collecting data is content analysis. The interactive model analysis is chosen as the technique of analysing data. The result of this study are : (1) there are 4 types of translation procedures applied in Syrup medicines packaging, they are borrowing as many as 9 data, literal translation as many as 20 data, transposition as many as 3 data, and modulation as many as 7 data, (2) the translation procedure that frequently appeared in syrup medicines packaging is literal translation.
