Abstrak Tranportasi darat merupakan transportasi yang paling sering digunakan di Indonesia. Berbagai rute sering dilalui tiap harinya, baik rute antar kota dalam propensi maupun antar propensi. Salah satunya yaitu rute Surabaya-Banyuwangi. Rute ini membutuhkan waktu tempuh yang cukup lama dengan jarak tempuh kurang lebih 300 km yang dapat ditempuh dengan dua rute yaitu rute Utara dan Selatan. Selama melintasi rute tersebut banyak hal yang dapat terjadi pada pengguna jalan seperti keadaan emergency yang harus segera diatasi. Keadaan emergency membutuhkan layanan emergency yang sesuai dan cepat. Di sekitar rute Surabaya-Banyuwangi terdapat berbagai macam layanan emergency yang dapat digunakan pengguna jalan yang membutuhkan, seperti Masjid, SPBU, restoran, kantor polisi, rumah sakit, puskesmas dan bengkel. Namun, informasi mengenai lokasi layanan emergency yang ada disekitar rute masih terbatas khususnya bagi para pengguna jalan dari daerah lain yang sama sekali tidak mengetahui lokasi layanan emergency terdekat di sekitar rute yang mereka lalui. Terbatasnya informasi tentang lokasi layanan emergency disekitar rute ini menyebabkan pengguna jalan yang hendak mencari dan menuju lokasi layanan emergency yang mereka butuhkan masih kebingungan dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat menampilkan lokasi layanan emergency terdekat dengan pengguna aplikasi. Aplikasi ini akan menggunakan teknologi Location Based Service (LBS) dan Google API yang dibangun dan dikembangkan di atas platform android. Apliksi juga menggunakan data layanan emergency sebanyak 162 data masjid, 110 data rumah sakit dan puskesmas, 58 data kantor polisi, 405 data restoran dan rest area, 55 data spbu dan 150 data bengkel. Abstract Land transport is the most frequently used transportation in Indonesia. Various routes often crossed daily, both routes between cities in propensi and an propensi. One of these routes of Surabaya-Banyuwangi. This route requires a fairly long commute time with mileage of approximately 300 km that can be reached by two routes, namely North and South routes. The route crosses over many things that can happen to a user of the road as State of emergency should soon be overcome. A State of emergency requires the appropriate emergency service and fast. Around Surabaya-Banyuwangi routes there is a wide range of emergency services which can be used in need of road users, such as mosques, gas stations, restaurants, police stations, hospitals, clinics and machine shops. However, information about the location of the existing emergency services around the route are still limited, especially for road users from other regions which did not know the location of the nearest emergency service around the route they are going through. The limited information about the location of emergency services around this route causes road users who want to search for and to the location of the emergency services they need and confusion still need quite a long time. To fix the issue needed an application that can display the location of the nearest emergency service with the user application. This application will use the technology Location Based Service (LBS) and the Google APIs that are built and developed on top of the android platform. Applications also use the emergency service as much as 162 data mosques, 110 data hospitals and clinics, data 58 police stations, 405 data restaurants and rest areas, 55 data gas stations and 150 data machine shops.
