    Abstraksi

    Banyaknya perbankan saat ini akan menimbulkan persaingan antara perbankan yang satu dengan perbankan yang lainnya. Diketahui terdapat enam faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keunggulan bersaing perbankan yaitu faktor loyalitas pelanggan, faktor kualitas layanan, faktor kepuasan nasabah, faktor inovasi, faktor pengamatan lingkungan, dan faktor implementasi strategi diferensiasi. Keenam faktor tersebut tidak dapat diukur secara langsung sehingga harus dilakukan pengidentifikasian terhadap variabel-variabel pengukurnya. Dalam pengolahan data dengan menggunakan analisis faktor dengan metode confirmatory factor analysis dan 125 responden .Dengan presentase 52.301% varians variabilitas variabel kebiasaan transaksi, pembelian ulang, rekomendasi, dan komitmen dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan presentase 47.259% varians variabilitas variabel tangible, emphaty, responsiveness, assurance, cepat akurat member layanan, dan variabel perhatian sikap pegawai dalam melayani dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor kualitas layanan. Dengan presentase 52.417% varians variabilitas variabel rasa senang, kepuasan layanan, kepuasan fasilitas, dan variabel financial dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor kepuasan nasabah. Dengan presentase 45.768% varians variabilitas variabel inovasi produk tabungan, inovasi layanan, dan variabel inovasi fasilitas yang ditawarkan dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor inovasi. Dengan presentase 51.495% varians variabilitas variabel tindakan pesaing yang kompetitif, kemajuan tekhnologi, dan variabel permintaan nasabah dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor pengamatan lingkungan. Dengan presentase 55.728% varians variabilitas variabel kemudahan pemeliharaan dibandingkan produk sejenis, kualitas produk yang baik dibandingkan dengan pesaing, dan variabel pengelolaan serta manfaat biaya diferensiasi dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor implementasi strategi diferensiasi.     Abstraction

    Many banks now will lead to competition between the banks with other banks. There are six factors that could affect the competition advantage banking is customer loyalty factors, factors service quality, customer satisfaction factors, factors of inivation, environmental observation factors, anf factors of differentiation strategy implementation. The sixth factors can not be measured directly so it should be the identification of variables empirically. In data processing with use factor analysis method confirmatory factor analysis and 125 respondents. With 52,301% variance percentage variability of the variable transaction habits, repeat purchase, recommendations, dan comitments can be explained by factor of customer loyalty. With 47,259% variance percentage variability of the variable tangible, empathy, responsiveness, assurance, fast accurate service members, and variable employee attitudes attention in serving can be explained by factors of quality of service. With 52,417% variance percentage variability of the variable pleasure, service satisfaction, satisfaction of facilities, and financial variables can be explained by factors of customer satisfaction. With 45,768% variance percentage variability of the variable savings product innovation, service innovation, and innovation facilities offered variable can be explained by factors of innovation. With a percentage of 51,495% variability variable variance competitive actions of competitors, technological advances, and variable customer demand can be explained by the observation of environmental factors. With a percentage of 55,728% variability variable variance ease of maintenance than similar products, good product quality compared with competitors, and variable cost management and the benefits of differentiation can be explained by factors of differentiation strategy implementation.
