    Abstraksi

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui karakteristik kimia daging gastropoda jenis Cerithidea cingulata; (2) mengetahui kandungan senyawa bioaktif pada daging gastropoda jenis Cerithidea cingulata, dan (3) mengetahui kandungan senyawa antimikroba dari ekstrak kasar daging gastropoda. Penelitian dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu pengambilan sampel, preparasi, ekstraksi dan uji aktivitas antibakteri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Cerithidea cingulata yaitu: memiliki ukuran cangkang antara sekitar 2,3-2,9 cm dan berat antara 0,975-1,882 gram, memiliki rata-rata kadar air 72,5%, kadar abu 2,5%, kadar lemak 3,6% dan kadar protein 13,9%. Ekstraksi kasar daging Cerithidea cingulata positif mengandung senyawa flavonoid, steroid dan tripertenoid, saponin, alkaloid, ninhidrin, dan molisch. Ekstrak kasar daging Cerithidea cingulata dengan pelarut etanol memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus dengan zona hambat sebesar 3 mm dan 1 mm dengan zona hambat kontrol positif 14 mm, sedangkan pelarut heksan memiliki zona hambat sebesar 1 mm dan 1 mm dengan kontrol positif sebesar 13 mm.     Abstraction

    ABSTRACT This research aims to (1) knew the characteristics meat chemical of Cerithidea cingulata gastropod; (2) knew the content meat of bioactive compounds in Cerithidea cingulata gastropod crude, and (3) knew antimicrobial compounds from crude extracts gastropod. The research was conducted into several stages consist of sampling, preparation test, extraction and antibacterial activity. The results showen that Cerithidea cingulata were: Shell had a size of about 2.3-2,9 cm and weight between 0,975-1,882 grams, had an average of 72,5% moisture content, had 2,5% of ash, 3,6% of fat and 13,9% protein. The crude extract of Cerithidea cingulata positivly contains of flavonoids, steroids and triterpenoid, saponins, alkaloids, solution, and molisch. The crude extract of ethanol solvent had antibacterial activity against the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus with drag zone of 3 mm and 1 mm with positive control had drag zone 14 mm, while the heksan solvent had drag zone had of 1 mm and 1 mm with the positive control of 13 mm.
