Tanaman ciplukan (Physalis angulata L.) merupakan semak semusim yang juga termasuk tanaman herbal Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komposisi media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan bibit tanaman ciplukan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan programStudi Agroteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Trunojoyo Madurapada Mei sampai Juni 2016 dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non factorial dengan 7 perlakuandan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan komposisi media yang dicoba adalah : T1 = Tanah , T2 = Tanah + Pupuk kandang sapi (1:1), T3 = Tanah + Pupuk kandang sapi(1 : 2), T4 = Tanah + Pupuk kandang sapi (1:3), T5 = Tanah + Arang sekam (1: 1), T6 = Tanah + Arang sekam (1:2),T7 = Tanah + Arang sekam (1: 3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan komposisi media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan bibit tanaman ciplukan tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata pada parameter umur tanaman mulai berkecambah, namun pada parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun per tanaman, jumlah akar dan persentase keberhasilan tanaman memberikan pengaruh nyata. Perlakuan komposisi media tanam yang memberikan hasil yang sangat baik yaitu perlakuan T3 dengan komposisi media tanam tanah + pupuk kandang (1: 2) Kata Kunci: ciplukan, pupuk kandang sapi, arang sekam, pertumbuhan bibit
AbstractionCiplukan plant (Physalis angulata L.) is an annual shrub which also includes herbs Indonesia. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of growing media composition on the growth of crop seeds ciplukan. This research was conducted at the experimental garden programStudi Agro Technology Faculty of Agriculture, University Trunojoyo Madura in May to June 2016 by using a completely randomized design (CRD) non factorial with 7 treatments and 3 replications. Treatment of media compositions tested were: T1 = Soil, T2 = Land + manure veal (1: 1), T3 = Land + manure veal (1: 2), T4 = Land + manure veal (1: 3), T5 = Land + Charcoal husk (1: 1), T6 = Land + Charcoal husk (1: 2), T7 = Land + Charcoal husk (1: 3). The results showed that the treatment plant media compositions on the growth of crop seeds ciplukan no significant effect on the parameters of the age of the plant began to germinate, but the parameters plant height, number of leaves per plant, number and percentage of successful plant roots give real effect. Treatment of growing media composition which gives excellent results that T3 treatment with the composition of planting medium soil + manure(1:2) Keywords: ciplukan, cow manure, rice husk, seedling growth
