Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan petani dalam menentukan konversi lahan pertanian di Kecamatan Kota Bangkalan. Penelitian ini bersifat eksplanatori yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor, usia, tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan dan harga tanah terhadap keputusan petani dalam mengkonversi lahan pertanian di Kecamatan Kota Bangkalan. Estimasi model petani dianalisis dengan menggunakan Logistic Regression Model atau analisis model regresi logistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pendekatan kuantitatif adalah penelitian yang menggunakan angka dalam penyajian data dengan menggunakan Logistic Regression Model. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penyebaran kuisioner dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah petani di Kecamatan Kota Bangkalan. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang diperoleh melalui rumus Slovin. Hasil analisis Logistic Regression Model menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan petani dalam menentukan konversi lahan pertanian di Kecamatan Kota Bangkalan antara lain variabel pendapatan dan variabel harga tanah. Sedangkan variabel usia dan variabel tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan petani dalam menentukan konversi lahan pertanian. Kata Kunci : Keputusan Mengkonversi. This study aims to analyze the factors that may affect farmers' decisions in determining the conversion of agricultural land in the district of Kota Bangkalan. This research is an explanatory aims to analyze the influence of factors, age, education level, income and land prices to the farmer's decision to convert agricultural land in the district of Kota Bangkalan. The results of the analysis of Logistic Regression Model to explain the factors that influence the decision farmers in determining the conversion of agricultural land in the district of Kota Bangkalan include variable income and variable land prices.
